B&B is the star of Creative Emmys lol.

So nothing for Days and only 2 Emmys for Y&R so far?

0 for 10 for Days. No word on sound mixing. Are the awards still going on or did the Emmys forget to tweet who won sound mixing??

I think there are awards still going on but it's possible they just didn't tweet it too.

To be fair, I don’t think Days deserves any technical awards. They’re usually good for a stunt every year. I guess B&B won for Bill blowing up the building with Liam and Sally inside. Meh.

Mark Teschner is probably still the best casting director in daytime but he doesn’t actually ever get to do his job because Frank does all the casting based on who he runs into at the grocery store.

Sounds like The Bay swept everything? That’s predictable.

B&B won live and direct to tape sound mixing. Must have missed it earlier.

I think Days crew are working their asses off but the result we see doesn't deserve awards. I agree NBC should think about the budget and quality of the production when asking for the reduction of license fee.

It makes sense, B&B production is the best by far and Days production is the worst by far.

They only seemed to do guest actor on a digital series. I looked all over Twitter and couldn't find any mentions of winners for guest acting when it comes to the shows still on TV. I guess they are saving that one for the Sunday broadcast.

Maybe Brad Bell should produce 2 soaps but hire a new HW for B&B LOL?

I don't know what exactly the criteria for the award is but just by the title I'm surprised B&B didn't win Art Direction and Set Decoration. Half the reason I watch is to see those nice mansions and scenic views of LA.

I have no idea what the criteria are but maybe nice mansions aren't impressive to the judges.
For this category the shows make a reel not longer than 20 min from no more than 5 episodes.
