Given that Y&R ratings were pretty bad last year too - they lost lots of viewers in 2017, these numbers look worse than it seems.

CBS wanted them to leave lol. Their own decision. Maybe a big part of these losses are just a trend? Even though some headwriters manage to overcome it for a while.

There is a general trend for sure.

Ratings for most primetime shows were down during the 2017-2018 season: 87 shows down, 10 shows up, 3 shows even.
