Danny Pintauro got his start on the soap opera As the World Turns. For one year, he played the role of Paul Ryan, also known as Paul Stenbeck, the son of James Stenbeck and Barbara Ryan. He was often caught in the middle of his parents’ disputes and even committed crimes like shoplifting a bracelet from Fashions, Ltd.
Following As the World Turns, Pintauro starred in the film The Beniker Gang, a family drama about orphans where he portrayed the character Ben Beniker. On television, he appeared on shows like Timestalkers, Highway to Heaven, and catapulted to fame with his role on Who’s the Boss? as Jonathan Bower. Appearing on 187 episodes, he earned several nominations and won a Young Artist Award for Exceptional Performance by a Young Actor in a Long Running Comedy Series. He was cast on Jury Duty: The Comedy as Kevin Worth, along with Heather Locklear, Bronson Pinchot, and Alan Thicke among others. Later, he took time off his acting career to study English and Theater at Stanford University. After coming out of the closet in 1997, he returned to the stage, landing mature roles such as the title character in the stage version of The Velocity Gary.
This year, Pintauro will make his comeback to the silver screen as Stefan in The Still Life. Scheduled to hit the theaters in August, the movie is about a reclusive artist torn between his success and his pride to embrace his principles as an artist. Directed by Joel Miler, The Still Life stars Jason Barry as Julian Lamont, Rachel Miner as Robin, Terry Moore as Mrs. Stratford, Don S. Davis as Mr. Fernot, Robert Miano as Mr. Rifken and Holly Fields as Stephanie.

||I always thought Danny was a cute little kid even though he was a little nerdy looking. Some of his adult pictures kept that image but recently some of the new photos of him are a little better. He is still not great looking but not so nerdy looking as he was as a kid.|
