Its just something about his personality that intrigues me to see how his ways with a child differ. The last episode I saw (not sure if its aired in the US), was when Kayla presented the idea of taking in the child temporarily. The child services lady asked if that was okay with Steve. And, he said, "does he have 10 fingers and toes?" :lol:

And, he said, "does he have 10 fingers and toes?" :lol: I agree with you. I think Sheffer has kept Steve in the same character mode for the most part. Steve doesn't seem to have changed much. I love that. Can't wait to see him with the little one. I've been turned off of Mary Beth for a while now until yesterday and her scene with the baby. I got goosebumps... Awwwww. That little guy is so cute. :D

It was redundant when they had Bo streak for the bet when they had just had Lucas trapped outside the hotel room in his boxers a couple months ago and I bet we're getting something similar again with Max. WTF is wrong with this show that everything has to be rehashed CONSTANTLY?

Mot fans actually want more of that stuff for their couples and characters. I can see why one would think it's silly, though. It's not really rehashing. It's just a recurring theme, it seems.

I don't mind the show doing things for fun and laughs as long as they mix it up a little. You don't have to do the same thing over and over. Just like for drama and suspense the show doesn't have to set off non-fatal bombs over and over. There are other plot devices out there that can provide that. To me, it's just another example of the lack of imagination of TPTB right now in everything they write... along with the repetitive lines (pry it from my cold dead hands x2, Elvis has left the building joke x3 or 4) and even the recycling of Candy Cane as a hooker name. MIX IT UP. This all just feels like the show is going in circles.
