It seems to have been a nasty fall.

Helena and Jackie are brought in on the same gurney because they are both holding on to a huge key: the first one to let go will lose a contest in which they can win a house.

Helena is missing part of her scalp and has a broken nose while Jackie has a dislocated shoulder and a fractured leg. Both ladies do not want to let go of the key. A doctor convinces Jackie to let George take her place in the contest so they can treat her. The doctors try to take care of Helena while she still holds the key. But what will happen when she needs surgery herself.

A 40-year-old woman named Harriet wants cosmetic surgery on her chin. While in
consultation, she keeps talking about one of the doctors who must have a lot to worry about because she has worry and frown lines on her face. She even tells the doctor that it's making her look awful!

Theresa, a mother, brings in her baby girl after she fell down the stairs while holding her.

The ER is filled with teenagers after a schoolbus crash.

Bailey treats a patient who was her high school crush.

Derek goes out on a date with a fellow doctor, and Thatcher enters the ER looking for Meredith.

A teen gets injured by a piece of flying glass during a class at school and needs brain surgery.

Another teen, who is the captain of a pom pon team, drops by the hospital with a broken coccyx and a fracture at the top of her femur.

The teen will freak out because it'll take weeks before she is fully healed and, already, she is being replaced as captain and the replacement wants to change the routine.
