After all... tomorrow is another day!

I don't always like Belle, but Martha sounds like a real cutie. There's a pic of Deidre and Martha together and it's weird because the outfit Dee wore to Martha's wedding looks very similar to the one she has on in pics for Belle's wedding. LOL.

Here's the text of the article about her wedding in this week's SOD...

"My Wedding Album"

Guests of Honor: Drake Hogestyn, Annie Burgstede, Brandon Beemer, Nadia Bjorlin, Alison Sweeney, Deidre Hall, Kristian Alfonso, Renee Jones, Farah Fath, Drain Brooks, Kyle Brandt, Rachel Melvin, Bryan Dattilo.

Dress for Success: Madison chose a pale green Kenneth Pool Couture gown from Stanley Korshak Bridal Salon in Houston, TX. "Someone told me the first thing you should do is pick your dress because the whole wedding will revolve around your dress. I was like, 'What do you mean?' And they just said, 'It sets the scene,' which I totally get now. I didn't want a ball gown and I didn't want froufrou. I wanted something I could dance in. And, I was drawing on the experience of the Belle and Phillip wedding. I didn't want a big dress like that. So, at the very end, after trying on many dresses, I was getting frustrated and sick of trying on dresses, and the woman came in with this green ball dress. I was like, 'I'm seriously not putting that on! I don't want to wear a ball gown and I certainly don't want to wear green.' She said, 'Put it on.' So I put it on and I was like, 'See!' I turned around and everyone was crying. I said, 'What?' I looked in the mirror and I was like, 'Oh my God! I love this!' So my advice to any bride: Try it on.

Shoot(ing) Schedule: It was so great to look around the room and see all those people from teh show. I heard three weeks before that they were going to shoot that Saturday and I lost it. I was like, 'You can't do this to me. I've been planning this for a year and these people are important to me and it's important that they're there.' So, it was a little bit of kicking and screaming and Ken moved taping to Sunday and I was so relieved. It's a huge deal that he would move the whole production schedule to a Sunday. I felt very special.

Familiar Face: We were married by a rabbi and the ceremony was beautiful. Plus, our rabbi was actually on DAYS! He told me in a former life he was an actor and he had done a few appearances on the show. I said, 'Tell me when. I would remember.' He said, 'Do you remember when Sami fell through the glass door at the DiMera mansion and slit her throat?' I was like, 'Yeah.' And he said, 'Well, I was her doctor.' I was like, 'Oh cool, Dr. Rabbi.'

First Dance: Our first dance was to A Charlie Brown Christmas music. The first year that AJ and I were dating, we missed Christmas together - he was still living in San Francisco. He came to L.A. in February and called me and said, 'Come to the hotel, let's have lunch.' I went over and he had a Christmas tree, Charlie Brown Christmas music, champagne and presents. He did Christmas for me in February. That was when I knew I loved him. He's very romantic and that's always kind of been our song.

Seating Chart: I was very strategic about who I sat with whom. Of course, I had table 16: Bryan, Kyle, Ali, Darin, Rachel and all of their dates. They were very rowdy. they were kind of toward the back of the room, though, so I couldn't really hear them that well. but I went back there later and they were like, 'What were you thinking sitting us all together?' I said, 'Trust me. I knew exactly what I was doing. The speakers don't come back this far and I needed there to be some movement back here.' Table 16 was certainly the entertainment table.

Any Mishaps?: Nothing went wrong. Everything went off without a hitch. No one came riding any kind of automobile through any windows. None of the bridesmaids were pregnant with AJ's baby. We were all good.

Happy Honeymoon?: We haven't gone on one yet. We dropped the ball on the planning. Hopefully we'll go somewhere fabulous for New Year's.

ETA:

The mag also has pics from their Green week tree planting and mentions that Ali Sweeney hosted the Matthew Shepard Foundation Honors in Los Angeles (SOW has a pic of Brandon Beemer and Nadia Bjorlin attending).

Also SOD gives it's Editors' Choice as the best in daytime to DOOL for the second week in a row for it's handling of John Black's death.

Thanks for posting!

(I just saw the pics. Deidre's outfit is similar but it's not the same suit, lol.)

Love her and I saw this and kind of thought Marlena's outfit was similar to Dee's too.

What a beautiful wedding and it looks like all had a good time. It was weird that Drake wasn't in any of the pics though.
