Some Interview Questions Do you miss living in California? What do you miss the most? The least? -I just recently started to miss LA. I'm on this new, big adventure here in NYC but it was nice having my little routine and knowing everywhere to go! I miss knowing people everywhere I went (and my friends at "Days"!). I miss driving the least! What's your favorite thing about living in New York? Least favorite? -Well besides my new job, my favorite thing about New York is there's always something to look at! I'm sure my least favorite thing is GOING to be how cold it's starting to get! Are the style trends in New York different from those in California? Explain. -YES. The style in New York is more sophisticated. More artsy, if you will. You don't see the t-shirt, flip flops, and shorts look like you do in LA. Girls dress more provocative in Hollywood I've noticed. How have Jack and Jill adjusted to New York? -I wonder if they've even noticed! They're homebodies. hehe Jack likes walking around New York but jill doesn't. If I put her on a leash, I have to drag her. Do you miss portraying Mimi on Days Of Our Lives? -Yeah sure. I miss playing Mimi during the Jason Cook, Kyle Brandt, Martha Madison era. Who do you miss the most from the Days set? -Everyone in their own right. Margie, my old hairstylist! Would you ever consider going back to Days to reprise the role of Mimi in the future? -A lot of things factor into that. Obviously the show would still have to be on the air in a few years. I'm not quite available at the moment! What is your most memorable experience from the road trip this summer? -food poisoning in Arizona :( Even though you've just begun portraying your new character, Gigi, on OLTL, what is one thing you think you're going to like the most about the character? -I love "Gigi's" strength and maturity. With every episode my character develops a little bit more and her background gets more interesting. Her number one priority is her son and that's a whole new element that I like playing. What do you feel was the hardest adjustment for you to make going from Mimi to Gigi? -I tried not to think about it. I basically jumped in blindfolded. I just wanted "Gigi" to be a really strong woman. "Mimi" was a bit weak at times, if you'll recall... ;) How do you feel about "Gigi" being a mother? -Well it definitely gives me a good storyline! WHO'S THE DADDY?? I know! But my lips are sealed! It's stretching me as an actor too. I love the dynamic she has with "Shane". "Shane" is such a cute kid. Is it fun working with him? -He's a pro. An 11 year old genius. His name is Austin Williams and were really starting to get comfortable with each other. (He plays younger and I play older FYI!) Do you have your own dressing room on the OLTL set? If so, have you decorated it yet? -I will be sharing a dressing room with Kathy Brier starting Jan or Feb. Right now, I'm just floating around. What is your favorite feature about yourself? -my sense of humor. You look great as both a blond and a brunette. Which do you prefer on yourself? -eh...no preference I guess. You've went from long to short hair several times this year. Do you prefer one over the other? -I prefer short hair. I want to go even shorter but my producer told me not to cut my hair anymore. I'm not backing down just yet! :P If I ever make it long, it's to please my mother. lol HERE AND NOW- What is your favorite: Reality TV Show: The Biggest Loser Television Series: One Life to Live Movie: I have no idea. Song: Britney's new songs! Must Have Product: texture hairspray Fashion Trend: I'm going through a bit of a rocker stage I think. Place To Eat: I'm new to Manhattan remember? I'm trying to find the best restaurants! In LA, it was Bella, Hamasaku, and Aisa de Cuba! |

I love her too. I like her as Gigi, nice change of pace for her being a single mother. I never understood the uproar about Mimi breaking up Shelle. I think Farah took an unfair hit for that, much like James Scott is taking an unfair hit for being EJ. Shelle, even though getting ready for their wedding, are still not together. I hate it when fanbases tear an actor apart for doing what they are getting paid to do. |

I've actually started watching OLTL again cause of Farah, I'm really loving her Gigi character, I'm seeing a growth in Farah's acting ability with this role. But I liked Mimi too. I liked Mimi with Jason Cook's Shawn. Shelle are boring, especially lately. They dont even have chemestry anymore, they're going through the motions, they just exist because writers think they're supposed to. |
