Seriously!!! How ridiculous can you get? They have to approaching 50! They should have fun doing something that doesn't involve kids. Enjoy life. Take a world tour. Anything but more formula and diaper changing. |

Indeed, they were Jinxed. Steve and Kayla only have one child so I don't think it's wrong that they are thinking of having another, especially now. Things keep looking better and better for December. |

I'm a fan of these kind of stories, mostly because they are realistic. There are so many couples out there like Steve and Kayla who want children or that are trying so I am sucker for this stuff. |

I think that it's realistic simply for the fact that Steve and Kayla lost so much time. And had they stayed together, they would have had another child. But they were ripped apart and ridden of opportunity of having another baby, so they want to do it now. |

Oh I didn't think about that. I thought maybe the whole Phelle sex secret came out (that one I am not expecting until after the new year). But if let's say Philip somehow messed with things to protect his mother, Belle knows it was a set up to get the gun to Shawn. I don't know if that would make him look good in Belle's eyes. But then again Belle has been a total idiot with Philip so anything is possible. |

I think I just figured out something with that spoiler about Shawn telling Belle his career is ruined. I think the spoiler the day before was Shawn questioning Belle about her encounter with Philip. I wonder if she spills the beans that Philip helped set up Shawn finding the gun to advance Shawn's career. Then I could see Shawn saying his career was ruined because he didn't earn it on his own but needed Philip's help. It could also then fall in the line of the other spoiler out there that Bo is losing his patience with Belle. Bo wants Shawn to succeed more than anyone and we have been seeing this underlaying tone of Bo wanting to stick it to the Kirakis's. So to find out that Philip helped in Shawn finding that gun because Belle asked him could irritate Bo. |

Recycle much, Sheffer? Remember when Sami got a package intended for Lucas/Austin by changing the numbers on the apartments. This is just a revist of that although since Lucas sent the package to himself via pony express (even ground would have gotten back to him the next day), he'll know it's missing. |

It would successfully make him look Phillip if he were to convince Belle that he didn't tamper with the evidence. Or, if it appeared that Shawn somehow made another slip-up, whereas Phillip was truly behind it. Its evident Phillip is not very fond of his mother, but I don't think he has enough hatred for her to let her go to jail. Infact, I don't even think Lucas would allow that. |

Thursday EJ poses as Lucas and orders the package delivered to him; Shawn tells Belle his future is ruined. Smart smart Ej....Always one step ahead of Lucas and his Mommy. Thanks Angie! :hail: |

Exactly. Once the shit hits the fan, they have to work on this together after the requisite walk-out on Belle phase. Either way, hopefully Shelle makes it out in the end. |

I hope not. If Belle returns to Shawn and he forgives her it would mean the story is over. What next? I donīt want boring Belle back, I love this lying, sneaky Belle. And at some point I really want to see her and Phillip together, leaving Shawn behind, because it would mean an incredible material for both MM and JKJ. Just imagine how Bradyīs would react if Belle left their son to be with Kiriakis? Besides I really donīt like BB and MM together. Their little roleplaying today made me almost ill today. You can see the actors arenīt clicking the same way Martha and JKJ are. |

I was always a Shelle fan, mostly because I could never stand Phillip (no matter who plays him) but this time around JKJ is doing a brilliant job of portraying Phil - the way he should be - whether it is the better writing, more maturity on JKJ's part or whatever -I am more of a fan of his than I ever was before. I do like BB's Shawn now that the writing has improved for him as well, and I think he is really cute, but there is something off regarding sex appeal and chemistry - can't quite put my finger on it though. Anyway, this triangle is the best it has ever been. |

I do agree with many of your points. First of all I think this triangle would have been better the first time around with these three actors in the parts. I think all three work well together and very naturally. I personally enjoy scenes between Shawn and Philip the most. And definitely JKJ makes Philip 100 times more interesting to watch. I don't trust Philip at all, but at least he wasn't the wallpaper we had before. Again for me it is just the rewritten history of the triangle. There are too many holes and rewrites that makes it hard for me to buy this story. So I enjoy the bits and pieces that I do, but for the most part don't care how it turns out. |

I agree about the holes - the thing that bothers me the most is how Belle is falling all over Phillip after what he put them through to try to get Claire - although it was Victor that tried to make Belle look like an unfit mother, Phillip didn't have to go to the extreme that he did. Boy, we viewers have memories like steel traps don't we! Wish I could remember what I had for lunch yesterday! |

What I hated was yesterday, when Belle said she WANTED to hate Philip while on the run, but couldn't. Um, hello, Belle, you DID hate Philip! |

Well, Mason, that may have been what she thought she felt at the time but it may not have been what was under the surface. That was the problem with the early part of this year. It lacked depth and layers and now we are getting them. |

Well, I really thing a large part of problem was Sheffer getting wrong ideas about the characters because the show was so plot driven before he came. He tried to infuse some depth into the characters but because he didnīt know them well he made some terrible mistakes. Plus, Corday really complicated things when he rehired JKJ as Phillip, when Sheffer already had the outlines done. The crazy, vindictive Phillip story could might work with some newbie playing the Phillip, but not with JKJ. Anyway, yeah, for a short time the story was really about good Shelle fighting the evil Phillip with no remorse from either side. But when Shelle finally got off the island it was very obvious the situation has changed. Weīve got the big fight/settlement between Belle and Phillip on the boat and all three working together for a short time to save Claire. And even during the boat scene Belle already admitted she still cares about Phillip (only as a friend of course) and even feel sorry for him. So I donīt see it as some major rewrite. |
