I look for ER to finally crash this year.

I just can't see NBC bringing it back with an average of 8.5 million viewers

These were NBC's numbers for last night from Futon Critic...The demos are way lower than you have Rick...Did someone make a mistake???????????Hopefully yours are right...

Next up was NBC (households: 4.3/7, #4; adults 18-49: 2.2, #3) with its mix of "My Name Is Earl" (households: 4.8/8, #9, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.5, #10, half-hour: N/A), "30 Rock" (households: 3.8/6, #11, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.4, #11, half-hour: N/A), "The Office" (households: 3.2/5, #12, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.3, #12, half-hour: N/A), "Scrubs" (households: 3.1/5, #13, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.2, #13, half-hour: N/A) and "ER" (households: 5.5/9, #T7, half-hour: 1.85%; adults 18-49: 3.1, #6, half-hour: 3.33%).

According to the ratings thread from two weeks ago, the part 1 of Grey's got 14.0 million viewers and 5.1/14 in the demo's.

I am really glad they got a boost for part two of this episode. This one of the best Grey's Anatomy's since Season 2 for me. Gosh, it was so good.

Really! Wow. I thought it was far and away better than anything in season 3.

The whole episode I was on the edge of my seat with all of the doctors running back and forth and getting paged here and there and no operating rooms.

It was such a critical episode, I thought. It literally changed every storyline.

I'm pretty sure they made a mistake Kevin. Futon and Zap use the preliminary fast nationals. Mediaweek uses fast affiliate (Metered Markets) which includes (Live Plus Same Day data)
