Next up was NBC (households: 4.3/7, #4; adults 18-49: 2.2, #3) with its mix of "My Name Is Earl" (households: 4.8/8, #9, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.5, #10, half-hour: N/A), "30 Rock" (households: 3.8/6, #11, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.4, #11, half-hour: N/A), "The Office" (households: 3.2/5, #12, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.3, #12, half-hour: N/A), "Scrubs" (households: 3.1/5, #13, half-hour: N/A; adults 18-49: 1.2, #13, half-hour: N/A) and "ER" (households: 5.5/9, #T7, half-hour: 1.85%; adults 18-49: 3.1, #6, half-hour: 3.33%).

I am really glad they got a boost for part two of this episode. This one of the best Grey's Anatomy's since Season 2 for me. Gosh, it was so good.

I thought Part 1 was decent, but Part 2 bored me. Really! Wow. I thought it was far and away better than anything in season 3. The whole episode I was on the edge of my seat with all of the doctors running back and forth and getting paged here and there and no operating rooms. It was such a critical episode, I thought. It literally changed every storyline.
