ITS A WOMAN?! ITS A WOMAN?!

There goes my hope of WN returning. :(

I figure its Colleen, but I am not sure why would be a nemesis...unless Stefano considers her some type of nemesis.

I don't think Stefano has had any big women foes from the past besides Marlena.

I believe Stefano's nemesis is most likley Marlena or who ever Johns "Mama" turns out to be.

If its Colleen... Posted Image

Well its not Marlena, because they have to track her down..Stefano knows exactly where Marlena is..I'm with the rest, i just hope its not Colleen..

With all the critics and fans panning the Colleen and Santo storyline this past summer, i'm hoping they don't go down that path..Hopefully Ed Scott will realize its a bad idea...Those names need to never be mentioned again..

Wouldn't it be awesome if Stefano's nemesis could be Vivian????????

It's not going to be any returnee that costs alot. I would be shocked if it was.

I also doubt it would be Colleen since that story has been all but forgotten since Ed began influence story around Shelle's wedding. That story seemed to gradually fizzle out during sweeps and the past two weeks has been a distant memory.

I am actually thinking this could be Daphne Dimera or maybe John's real mother.

I never bought WN returning anyway. I think Days just used his visits as a red herring, sadly.

Thanks for posting. Sounds pretty good.

Well, for a wild stab, maybe it's EJ's real mother who has been a thorn in Stefano's side since he stole her child (EJ) and his weapon is the monster he has turned EJ into. His mother has to appear at some point.

Susan won't appear unless ED returns.

I could see Days recasting Kristen but not Susan.

Please don't let it be Daphne. She was a strange woman, mentally unbalanced, and not much of a nemesis back in the day. Her fear of Stefano caused her to have a nervous breakdown. And the actress who played her is dead. Just don't do it, Hogan.

I think that's a good option. It doesn't have to be Susan, either- they can clean up EJ nicely and undo the ridiculous SORAS by making him some random kid Stefano stole and brainwashed. Might as well pimp him some more by making him John redux, right?

If they change EJ's history, they should make him Tony's son with Anna. It would explain why Carrie seemed to know him or feel connected to him when he first arrived.

In a way, I don't want it to be Daphne either, thinking about it more. I may be more willing to accept Colleen simply because it would make sense and it may make up for the Santeen story. I mean, I hated the Princess Gina story until the real Gina showed up and then the story actually got interesting. It could be interesting but it depends how it plays out. Everything would come full circle in a way. We'll see. I will wait until the story plays out, regardless of who this is, before making any judgments.

I'd go for EJ being Tony's son with Anna. He could have been born after Anna left town, I mean it would still be a SORAS but not as bad as him being Elvis Jr. was. Maybe Anna could have even adopted EJ and put Tony as his father. There are endless possibilities there.

I just don't know about Daphne...I mean I think its just because how her death was so onscreen and she was even buried onscreen, but also I could see her going cold and getting stronger of the years, but also she's pratically been forgotten but I think the thing that annoys me the most is that Madlyn Rhue is not with us any longer, and since she was Daphne's only portrayer I am not sure if I would want to see Daphne again. Its a very iffy situation for me.

I'm not one that minds John being Colleen and Santo's love child. I think it's a great way to finally resolve John's past, and connect him to both the Bradys and the DiMeras, who he has been basically connected to for the last 26 years. So that's not a bad thing in my eyes.

I do have to wonder how they're going to rewrite history once again concerning why Stefano had in his diary, or why Andre (impersonating Tony in 2003) perhaps planted it in Stefano's diary that Daphne is John's mother. To do this, they rewrote history and said that Daphne was Philomena Alamain's sister, and gave the baby up for adoption to the Alamains. Now, if John is Santo and Colleen's child, how did Daphne get the baby? And if Colleen is alive, what did she do with the baby once it was born? Stefano could'nt have done anything to take John because Stefano would have been just a kid when John was born. So what happened there?

If this is true, I'm excited to see how they explain this. Of course they're going to have to rewrite history if this is true, and I'm okay with that. It brings Drake back to the show where he belongs. Sure, this show can never be taken seriously when it comes to death, but John should have never died in the first place, IMO.

So if that's true, and John is SANTEEN's child, that would mean that Colleen is still alive, and could be Stefano's nemesis. The nemesis has now been revealed to be a woman. Who else could it be? It can't be Marlena. And it's not going to be anyone from the past because the show can't afford anymore returns I don't think. And the SANTEEN storyline was left too open-ended for it to be over. Colleen's body was never found, so that goes to prove, especially on this show, that she is still alive. And plus, this gives Alison Sweeney more airtime, which I'm sure Hogan is happy about. He loves to write for Ali, and there's nothing wrong with that. Every head writer since James E. Reilly has written for Sami and made her a core character on this show. However, when he writes Sami as a weak victim, that's when I have a problem. Sami Brady is my favorite soap character and has been since I started watching soaps DAYS in 1996. I have no problem with seeing her all the time when she is written the way she sould be written. The Sami we've been seeing for most of the year is not what viewers want to see.

Don't care about Stephanie or her confession.

I love Nick and Max's friendship and I hope they continue to write for these two. Max probably is telling Nick to give Chelsea her space because Nick probably wants to be with Chelsea due to it being the holidays. Nick is probably going to be all over Chelsea, wanting to be romantic and at the moment, with Ford's body buried in the basement of the house she lives in, Chelsea is probably on edge. Knowing this, Max is probably going to warn Nick without actually coming out and telling him the truth. I like that.

And I can't wait until Lucas says goodbye to Salem. I won't be upset if he never comes back.

I like it, too. And the stuff with the sorority sisters. One of the problems I had with the show was the lack of friendships, and while it's still an issue for some characters, they've done a nice job of integrating other types of relationships between people (besides participants in a love triangle) into the show.

I really, really, really, really, really hope that Stefano's nemesis is not Colleen.

She's not even a nemesis. She was a dumbass near-nun who (allegedly) flung herself off a cliff. She didn't do anything to him then, and if she's alive she hasn't done crap to thwart Stefano's schemes or protect/help her family since her unsuccessful suicide.

If it is her, Stefano has no cause to worry, either. He already defeated her once (seeing as she hasn't been around doing anything since the cliff). If he could do it as a child, he can certainly do it with ease now.

But y'know, if they go this route I think it's likely to be bad for EJ/Sami fans. The only reasonable way to have her stay away from her family for decades (barring amnesia) is if she sacrificed herself to try and keep them safe, like Sami's done with her marriage. And if she comes back, she's not likely to extol the virtues of self-sacrifice, seeing as staying away from the Bradys didn't help them.
