And calling Chloe a harlot? WTF? Chloe wasn't the one kissing somebody else's man!

I know you are a phoe fan..but why is Morgan in the wrong for kissing Phillip, when he keeps telling her that nothing is going on with Chloe..All he and Chloe have is a sexual arrangement and they aren't exclusive...Its no worse than Chloe kissing and almost hooking up with Phillip, while still married to Brady...

Okay many people know that I am a little slow on the uptake lol. So is there a specific reason WHY they were pimping Midol today? Because Stephanie was holding that shit like right up to the camera with this big cheesy grin on her face. It was my WTF moment of DAYS today ;)

There is a spoiler for the 4th July party and apparently we will see Bope house again. So Corday probably needed money for constructing and deconstructing of that set. Im pretty sure more are coming, but hopefully the writers/directors learn to incorporate them more naturaly in the future.

But he's with someone. Morgan has seen that with her own eyes, and decided she didn't care. Morgan and Philip are nothing like Philip and Chloe, who have years of history together, who were very much in love and consider each other their first loves. If that had been some random thing that had gone on, I would have thought it was odd. But to me Chloe hasn't been "with" Brady for a very long time because of his addiction and probably stopped being in love with him a long time ago (and it seems he also moved on).

So it is worse to me.

And if their sexual situation is non-exclusive, then why does Philip keep telling Chloe she's the only one he wants? And why does he spend the night with her (a definite no-no when it comes to FWB) after she confesses her true feelings? After he promises that he will never do anything to deliberately hurt her? Why does he keep begging her to stay in Salem? To live in his house with him? Why does he want to take care of her and help her financially? There's more emotion there on both sides than either has been letting on (up to this point, and thank heavens Chloe finally brought it up).

Philip's always been the kind to be loyal and exclusive to the woman he's sleeping with.

And I'm allowed to have a double standard because I like Chloe and I am now starting to loathe Morgan. :D

when he keeps telling her that nothing is going on with Chloe..

He said once that he told Chloe he needed his space. Total lie. He'd never said anything like that and in fact, not five minutes earlier, had been begging Chloe to stay at the mansion and not move out. He was playing Morgan.

And that stupid bimbo walked in the door five minutes after he said that choice little phrase, and witnessed Philip and Chloe going at it. So either Morgan is very, very stupid and couldn't figure out what that meant, or she's a vindictive wench who didn't care.

As far as I can tell it's so that he'll protect her daddy and help him. Not knowing that Philip has already refused and left Paul on his own to get killed. To me that's the only bright light in this whole mess, that there's a self-destruct button built in.

I'd go after a hot guy that i liked, if he wasn't in a relationship...And I've hooked up with other people, while starting to date someone..

After all... tomorrow is another day!

Sariah, I love your passion about this storyline (Lord knows I've been fairly opinionated in thoughts on certain couplings over time and will continue to be) and your Little Miss Magnolia snark cracked me up, but I have a hard time understanding exactly how Morgan is so in the wrong on all of this, or at least how she is the only one screwing up.

There's something off about it, but to me I put it more on the writers who are failing to clue me in on exactly what Phillip is up to (or not having even decided themselves what they're up to). At times I think he is just playing Morgan b/c of his relationship with Paul, but others I think he maybe wants something with her but realizes how impossible it is because of the bad things he's done businesswise and being with Chloe is sort of a fallback position.

The result though is Phillip is kind of stringing two women along which I don't think is in character for him and I also hate seeing Chloe even putting up with Phillip's shenanigans the way she has, even if they did agree to a friends with benefits thing at first. I just don't think it's in character for Chloe to put up with only being one of many to someone. I mean she's a DIVA for Pete's sake.

Oh, I definitely think you're right. But back to using Phloe as an example - if Philip had been the one making moves on Chloe, it would have pissed me off because he knew she was married. It made me mad when he did that with Belle - I thought it was wrong.

But every single time Phloe kissed before they found out what happened to Brady, Chloe was the one who initiated it.

So if Philip had kissed Morgan, if he'd been the one choosing to do so, I wouldn't be as upset. Does that make sense?

I really hate how they're writing Philip because this isn't like him. He's even said after the Phorgan kiss he'd never intentionally hurt Chloe - he should cut her loose if he doesn't want her (and funnily enough, he's not doing that).

Fortunately, Chloe won't be putting up with Philip's crap for much longer. Then Philip and what's-her-face can go to her fraternity mixers and homecoming games and be in wet T-shirt contests or whatever else it is the sorority queen does for fun (when she's not taking her Midol, that is).

It bugs the crap out of me that Little Miss Magnolia, who has come from a life of privilege, acts like she's entitled to have whatever she wants whenever she wants it. She doesn't even have the sense of decency to act slightly embarrassed or humbled to have been kissing on Philip.

When Sami or Nicole act bitchy, I get it. I know where they're coming from. They've had hard lives and a lot of struggles and problems. So honestly, it doesn't bother me when they do it.
You know, if you didn't use the word "she" I would think you are talking about Phillip.

Phillip and Chloe are both in the wrong here. Phillip is playing both women...he asked Morgan to stay for drinks, for dinner, and passed Chloe off as just a friend to Morgan when she visited him at the mansion. He was flirting with her...for whatever reason.
Chloe has repeatedly rebuffed Phillip, but asking to be FWB was all her idea. She wasn't ready for anything, just wanted to have fun. Phillip agreed.

Morgan did nothing wrong. She kissed a guy. Nothing more. A guy who has shown her some interest, and said he was confused about his relationship with Chloe. And if airhead whiny Chloe was my competition, I'd be all over her calling her whatever to get her to back off.

Chloe and Morgan are both competing for the same guy...and you would think that the one sleeping with him would be the one he wants, but then you have Phillip flashing back to the Morgan kiss. What?

And honestly, when Sami and Nicole act bitchy...I never get it. I have no idea where half of Sami's little tantrums come from...and when their lives are going good and people are taking care of them, they still are bitchy. You can add Chloe to that too.

I don't know why Phloe fans are acting like they're in a cemented relationship. They're "friends with benefits". Translation: they're fuck buddies. That's all that Chloe said she wanted, so she shouldn't be getting all huffy and territorial when she sees Philip making eyes at another girl. And even if Morgan is going after Philip, which I don't see her as doing, anyway, there's really no reason she shouldn't be.

Yesterday, What's her face told Chloe that she should feel threatened by her. To me, that means she is going after Philip. What makes is wrong for her is that she doesn't know him. A couple of weeks ago she was telling him off because of her father, now all of a sudden she knows his heart? Philip told her he asked Chloe for space and the very same day, she walks in on them kissing. When she sucked face with Philip, he tried to stop and tell her it wasn't right. Now, she knows Philip is sleeping with Chloe. She's asking for trouble. One should try to run away from the drama, not knowingly dive right into it.

It doesn't matter. She's no competition for Chloe anyways, and I'm glad Chloe isn't going to put up with Philip's behavior much longer.

No we're not. It was there in all it's cheesy goodness. Frankly I enjoyed it. Laughed myself silly. Seriously watching Shelly, Kristen and Rachel do that scene was the funniest thing I've seen in my life and if I'm not mistaken probably was not their only take on it.

And this may be unpopular but if it pays for the show, let it pay for the show. I don't want it to take over too much and be a daily thing, but it's fine. My only beef is really all they had to do was have Morgan ask one of them if they had any, Stephanie say sure, camera zoom in, and Morgan say she hasn't had time to refill her own bottle. And then Chelsea could have followed it up with Yea, I love that stuff.

Then later as a joke when Morgan gets irritated seeing Chloe, she says she feels a headache, Stephanie grins and asks her if she needs anymore Midol and they laugh.

I just can't wait for more product placement ads. Tanning lotion from Daniel and Tony, Max telling us what kind of beer is on tap. Hee, this can be something I can laugh at harmlessly as opposed to other things on the show that I can't.

GET EM STEPH!!

I don't mind the product placement either. You have to make money anyway you can. I wish they weren't just so blatant about it or that it didn't come with cheesy dialogue. It was like the "Mark" shit they used to do on Passions with Jessica all the time. They could've just did a close up of the box as Stephanie gave it to Morgan and left it at that instead of having her say a bunch of things concerning what Midol does and making it come off like a full commercial in the middle of the episode. I give the girls credit for not bursting out and laughing though.
