For those of you unfamiliar with the premise of the show, it's essentially about a group of complete strangers move into a house outfitted with hundreds of cameras/microphones and are completely cut off from the outside world. No televisions, no telephones, no internet, no books, no newspapers or magazines. Complete isolation.

Each week they participate in a series of competitions to win food, luxuries and power -- the most important power being "Head of Household." Each week, the person who wins title of Head of Household must nominate two fellow houseguests for eviction, and from there, the rest of the house votes live to evict one of the two nominees. The last man standing at the end wins $500,000. Lots of drama, backstabbing and strategy. It's good stuff!

Here's what we know so far about BB10, confirmed by Big Brother producer Allison Grodner:

- 13 houseguests this season, rather than the usual 14. This is a group "with extreme points of view." Many fans have speculated that they've cast a bunch of opposites this season. Vegetarian vs. PETA, homophobe vs. gay guy, racist vs. black guy, etc.

- All houseguests are complete strangers. None of the houseguests have a pre-existing relationship. No exes, no family members... they're all strangers.

- There is a wide variety of ages this season. Some are young, some are old. Some are blue collar workers, some are white collar workers. Extremely diverse cast as far as age and beliefs go.

- Many twists and turns down the road. As usual, "expect the unexpected."

- The eviction episodes (Wednesdays) will now include a live audience. Allison Grodner believes that it will help to bring the show an exciting energy, and she's also confirmed that the live audiences will be more involved than they were during BB1.

- The theme of this season's house represents the "places and eras" that the cast comes from. It's rumored that one room is decorated like it comes from the 1960's, another from the 70's and another from the 80's.

- Allison Grodner has stated that "the game starts before these people enter the house." Hmm... intriguing!

LoL, yes, quite addicted. You know it! But when you have a thousand and one people talking on the feeds at once, and four cameras in different rooms on all different conversations, it's so hard to keep up with what's going on at all times... much less put it all into sensible word form, LoL.

I can't believe I made it through BB9 without pulling my hair out. This season should be fun though, especially if they're casting all opposites, as rumored.

I know! I am very excited for this season.

BB9 was kind of a clusterfuck. Especially in the beginning. It was like there was TOO much drama.

I'm looking forward to a nice, normal season!

BB9 was craaaazy. I mean, we actually had hospitalizations and near-death experiences. The cast was overly volatile, as well.

I'm looking forward to a more "normal" cast! LoL

I don't think they're announced tomorrow. They're just doing the press junket tomorrow... pictures, interviews, etc. Who knows how many days it'll be before the photos and interviews are finally put online, though? Could be another whole week.

That's because the poster of that message just assumed the press junket meant it'd all be in the internet the same day, LoL.

I mean, don't get me wrong, they technically could be announce tomorrow, but I'm doubting it. We've always had pictures of the house at least a week before pictures of the houseguests, and we haven't even had house photos yet.

Allison Grodner, the Executive Producer of Big Brother spoke with us and confirmed information about Big Brother 10.

WeLoveBigBrother.com’s Matt Maynard spoke exclusively to Allison Grodner about Big Brother 10, which is set to premier on Sunday, July 13. Allison has been a part of Big Brother since Season 2 when the show moved away from its original format of audience voting. Since Season 2, we’ve seen many changes in the show with the Head of Household, Power of Veto, and plenty of twists.

Allison confirmed the following information:

Houseguests coming to town soon.

Houseguests will be going through press interviews soon.

Cleaning crew in the house right now.

“Absolutedly all strangers” with diverse points of view and backgrounds.

All different ages.

Twists and turns down the road.

Live audiences will involve fans more than audiences in Season 1.

13 houseguests with extreme points of view.

House represents the “places and eras” that the cast comes from.

The game starts before the houseguests even go in the house on premier night.

First, I love that they're all strangers. Nobody knows each other! How many seasons has it been since we've had a cast of all strangers? Since what... Season 3?

The cleaning crew is still in the house? Damn it! LoL I was wanting house photos this week, but if the cleaning crew is still there, I think it's doubtful.

I love that there's a wide age range. Thank God! BB9 was like a sorority house and got a little too crazy for my liking, personally.

The whole "extreme points of view" thing could get somebody killed, and I absolutely LOVE it, LoL!

Wonder how the live audiences will be more involved than Season 1?
