I guess Philip's the next person Daniel will save. The patient of the week story is really getting annoying.

I wonder why Marlena running into Trent is spoiler-worthy. Is there a past?

I'm not a Philip and Morgan fan, but I'm glad they're moving forward with an actual direction, rather than Philip being all into Morgan one day, and then sleeping with Chloe the next.

I wonder what happens to Lucas that causes him to wind up in the hospital.
Forgot to say; I think Roman has Lucas transferred to maximum security to set up a "beating" for Lucas in order to get him out of prison somehow.

I just don't think you can drag romances out anymore. You can't do what was done in the 80's and 90's and have it be 6 months to a first kiss and then another 6 months until something else happens. It's clear people get impatient.
Not to mention, Days doesn't have the luxury of time anymore. It's the cliche about the rock and a hard place that unfortunately, some of Days's past decisions have put them in.

^The actress who portrayed Carly, Crystal Chappell, has a contract that expires in September and with everyone else leaving GL, it's been speculated she might too. Usually, every year the Carly talk amps up a bit.

I think Mason is right and we will never see it. I tend to think Vivian returning may have more of a chance at a comeback then Carly and/or Lawrence and, keep in mind, that is a long shot at best with the way she exited.
I'm probably stepping into a quagmire by mentioning another rumor, but didn't I read that there were problems between Corday and Louise Sorel the last time? Or am I dreaming that? If that's the case, they might not bring Vivian back.

Am I the only person that like Josh Taylor as Roman??
Yes.
Actually, no. Josh Taylor doesn't bother me in the least.

Louise definitely wasn't pleased with the direction Vivian and the rest of the show had taken at the time she left. I think it would probably take a very good offer to get her back - one that I think we all know Corday would never make.

I don't really have a problem with Josh Taylor as Roman so much as I just think the character has had no point for years and wish it would go away.

They had a falling out. I think it started because Vivian kept becoming more and more a cartoon and then Louise was axed just as the teen movement began and she was promised a new story. From what I heard speculated, some aspects of Vivian's new story played out as Vivian helped Victor at the nursing home and they became close again. I bet the original intention was to have Vivian expose Kate and Nicholas's affair but her exit put an end to that and they had Vivian keep the secret in the end so she could move on from Victor finally and leave Salem.

I don't expect Corday to ever go to her to come back. Louise has indicated she would listen to an offer but I doubt she is viewed as important. The show hardly ever mentions the Alamain's. We're lucky the show mentioned Vivian last year at John's funeral.

The Nicole one sounds kind of lame. I was hoping for something sinister.

I kind of like the Max one...since maybe Melanie could be tricking her big brother out of some cash.

I'm really excited about the Kate/Victor one. I figured that when Daniel yells at her for affecting Victor's heart it would be over Philip's shooting. Can't wait to see the angst in that....Kate believing Victor has a right to know about their son.

I hope there's more to the Nicole spoiler. If that's the big secret Higley's been hyping for the past 6 weeks, it will be a major let down.

Sounds to me like the Nicole/Trent secret got a MAJOR re-write.

I'm actually not surprised by the Nicole spoiler. I had a feeling Nicole was going to end up being married to Trent. Trent kept telling her he'd expose her secret and she'd lose everything. That everything would be her divorce settlement. Since she wouldn't be legally married to Victor.

It already is. Maybe she will still turn out to be Melanie's mother but who knows.

Wow! I didn't see Nicole being married to Trent as her big secret. Does this mean she has nothing to do with Melanie? Isn't it weird that sometimes fan speculation causes me to actually believe it is storyline?
I also read a fan fiction that I thought was real and actually argued with someone about it actually happening on the show.
I guess I have some issues.

Thanks for the spoils!
Glad to see Phillip admit he is falling for Morgan. He has been a little too stone cold lately, however, I wonder if he really means it or if he scared she will find out he threatened him.

Very interesting!

If Nicole and Trent being married was the big secret, that's another example of Dena Higley and her team's horrible pacing and execution of story. That didn't need to be a secret that was talked about for the last 2 months. It's stupid. That could've been a good secret that you reveal in like a week, with build-up. But no. We have writers that want to keep this "BIG" secret from everyone for a month and a half and then once they spill it, they come out with egg on their face because, either the fans no longer care what the secret is, or the secret is so lame that people find it a joke.

I don´t agree at all. This is much bigger secret than anything related to Nicol´s porn/whore past. And it makes perfect sense why she would be so worried Trent will reveal it. She can lost everything. Victor will make sure she is as poor as when she first entered Salem.

Besides, it´s just the beginning. Maybe she and Trent had a child while married. Or something else happened.

I like it.

I bet there is more to it. Maybe she is Melanie's mother, but doesn't know about her? It could be that Trent made her think the baby died or something. I don't know. I really hope there is something else going on.

There is no "maybe she's Melanie's mother." You know she's going to turn out to be Melanie's mother. YOu could figure that out the first time Nicole and Trent had scenes together, and then in the very next scene, Max finds a picture of Trent's daughter. Hmm... Dena Higley isn't a fan of subtlety is she? LOL!

I know. Most of us have been thinking all along that she was her mother. I thought that was what Nicole was hiding though, not being married to Trent. All I was saying is that it still could be the case.
