es, honestly, we have an "anything goes" policy (as long as you don't attack other members) that other boards do not, but I think they wish they had. So, I am not surprised, we're being attacked on other boards. Fans can speculate and say things here, have freedom of speech that they can't on other boards.
Well, then maybe those folks who are taking issue should register here instead. ;)
haha...I did! =)

No news yet, though Days said they would have something for me (re: comment; they issued a no comment Monday morning at the time), but I hear the WGA would be sending Days a cease and desist letter today. So my hands are tied until someone calls me.
Thanks Nelson.

Now WTF is a cease and desist letter?? Is it a cease and desist from further filming, writing or what?? :scared:

I think that a cease and desist letter would mean that whoever is writing would have to stop if they aren't members of WGA.

That's the same thing I want to know. Even though I'm not watching Days right now I'm hoping that's not what the letter means..... :frown:

It demands that whoever the non-Guild members are to stop writing the show or legal action will take place. It's a legal warning.

A cease-and-desist letter is a letter demanding that the recipient refrain from a certain behavior or face legal action.

Yes, Tricky, the posts were deleted, but it was NOT because they were found to be untrue. So they can be/are true. LOL.

But I still don't understand why they were removed. Then you might aswell remove all the other posts in this thread with speculation of who the actress is, because pretty much every actress on the show has been mention so why would you just remove the post speculating about AS?

I was just saying last night how good this board is because you don't remove stuff like almost every other board does.

I'm pretty sure the letter would be just for whoever's been writing that wasn't supposed to be. I don't think the WGA has the authority to shut the whole show down, LoL.

A cease and desist letter simply put is like a reprimand, tells them shame on you for doing what you did and don't do it anymore. In some instances it's the end of it, I guess it depends on how NBC, Corday and Scott respond to the allegations and the WGA

Dena's writing team can still write for the show. They are still there.

Honestly most of the posts that were deleted were requests for a PM, it's not like we removed hundreds of posts or something. There's no reason to go on and on about this......

I don't think we know for sure that she is gone. Maybe that is what Days is going to comment on...if they really do issue a comment.
