I was very underwhelmed by their reunion too. It felt so rushed, almost as if it was thrown in at the last minute to satisfy fans. |

I've been irritated with Blair since the first time I watched OLTL. Edited by DolceDiMera, Aug 9 2008, 01:43 PM.

This show went from amazing to mediocre. Everything about Andrea Evan's Tina has been one huge miss. The reunion was horrible too, all they did was throw around history lessons to satisfy fans, and the execution was awful. |

I agree. Maybe my expectations were too high. I'm not sure. But I just expected so much more.
Exactly. I felt like Tina and Viki were ex-coworkers who had a chance encounter instead of sisters. On the topic of Blair, she's one of those trainwreck characters. She's like Brooke Logan to me now. These writers need to understand how to allow a vixen to mature. It's hard to believe that the 80's brought us strong Alpha females like Alexis Carrington and Crystal Carrington or Sue Ellen Ewing and these days the writers are at a loss what to do with the women as they age. It's really simple, let them become ruthless career women and strike a balance between boardroom and bedroom. I think the only one they have it right with is Dorian Lord and Niki Newman. Or maybe Lucinda Walsh. |

I'm finding that it's like a hit or miss with the show these days. Some days I LOVE while others I FF through most the show. Loved the Viki/Tina scenes, but I've always loved these two as sisters, and Tina had better still be at Llanfair when Viki gets back, because that was just a tease. It's time to end the 1968 storyline, it was fun for like the first three days, now I can't stand it and its making me dislike Gigi/Rex with a passion. Don't know why.. but I actually like John/Blair together. Tina and Natalie scenes  |

I agree with y'all about Tina and Natalie. Melissa has much better chemistry with Andrea than Justis ever could. And Natalie actually looks like she could be Tina's daughter. It makes me wish they never created the character of Natalie and cast Melissa Archer as Sarah years back, honestly. |

You are not alone. I wish MA was Sarah as well. She would be perfect. But then I'm sure they never thought they could get Andrea back. But still, I can't help myself. Tina and MA as Sarah would be delicious. |

I loved the scenes between Tina and Cord today. Finally it really felt like any trace of Andrea playing Rebecca was gone. It felt like I was watching two different shows today between Tina/Cord and everything else. |

So I just started watching the show and I have one question so far. How did the one girls husband die? The pregnant one that is going to build that room. |

It's kind of a long story, but basically Jessica/Tess's sister Natalie and her lover Jared pretended that Jared was a member of the Buchanan family. When the truth came out, Jessica's husband Nash got into a fight with Jared and Jared accidentally knocked Nash over a railing and he fell through a skylight. Edited by Mason, Aug 12 2008, 10:12 PM.

The Tina and Cord stuff was great. It didn't make Mendorra better, but it put a smile on my face. |
