Ryan is so Harry & Tracy's child.

The show was a bit boring lastnight. The best stuff was with Naomi/Adrianna. Not suprised that Adrianna died at the end. I thought Naomi lashing out at Adrianna at the end and saying "You're DEAD to me" was a nice touch.

Yay more Shannen!!!

From Perez:

First, the very good news: Shannen Doherty has signed on to star in two additional episodes of 90210 this season.

Yay!!!!

The CW's new 90210 is paralleling its predecessor in more than one way!

Amid diva drama and skinny suspicions, the show seems to be trying its best to reunite all of the previous generation on set, in some form or another.

So far, they've managed to score Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty in reprisal roles. And now it looks like Doherty's one-screen brother, Jason Priestley, is set to return as well. Sorta.

Priestley will remain behind the camera as a director, not too unlike the role he eventually took on in the original series.

Will Priestley end up directing Doherty?

Executive producer Gabe Sachs said it "would be a kick for Jason to work with any of his [former 90210 costars], and it would also add something special to that episode. But we don't know whether that will happen yet."

More likely Priestley will be directing Garth, who is slated to return for even more episodes, despite rumors otherwise.

Now they just gotta hook Tori Spelling and Luke Perry.

Come on Perry! Don't let your character be a deadbeat dad!

The ending with Adriana was intense and I really do think that Naomi telling Adriana she's dead to her has been the best scene so far in the season, minus the Jackie/Silver/Kelly fight. I think Adriana dying kind of mirrors that kid dying in the first or second season of the original BH90210, I think his name was Scott.

I would love to see more of the original cast members but I really do think the new cast is beginning to mesh together in a positive way. I really did enjoy this past weeks episode even with out Brenda and Kelly.

Ok. I really hate Shenae Grimes. I was giving her a couple of episodes hoping she would find her groove. But this bitch sucks. She's got to be the cheesiest actress I have ever seen. I hope they kill her character off this season, or something.
I watched the rerun episode tonight and MY GOD, she is TERRIBLE!

She's beyond horrible. The girl smiles through all of her scenes. I never watched her on Degrassi but I can't imagine she was great if she did a rape scene.

Words can't even describe how much I hate, loathe and despise Shenae Grimes. Whenever one of her scenes is on, I feel like I'm watching something off the fucking Disney Channel.

I think it was a given Garth would be back.

I watched most of this week's episode and I honestly liked it. It has a cute, annoying charm about it. I thought for sure I wouldn't like it as much without Kelly or Brenda, but honestly, it was fine.

I am ecstatic over the fact that Shannen Doherty is going to do two more episodes. YES! Not at all surprised Garth will return. I felt that was a given. She should just become a regular.

Priestley directing is awesome. I don't care what he or the show says. There is no way he doesn't appear. Period. If he doesn't, I'll be so disappointed in him and the show. It would be such a missed opportunity.

Although I see why he initially turned them down. He was asked to appear in a brief cameo, ordering a mega burger from Nat at the Peach Pit. Maybe it was all a joke, but if I were Priestley, I'd almost be insulted by that.

I didn't enjoy this weeks episode that much...it was a bit boring. I went into it expecting for Kelly not to be there, and it didn't go over all that well. I guess I was more into her character than I thought.

I think Ryan being Harry and Tracy's son is obvious, but too much so. I really wish they wouldn't go there with the story, but since they think the viewers of 90210 are stupid, they will. It's so DAYS for the kid to be someone that they know already and that's definitely not a compliment lol.

Tracy's eyes are weird sometimes LOL, but I still like her. One thing that is really bugging me is how fucking HONEST Harry is - he tells his wife every little thing! What kind of soapy drama is going to arise with that? We get it already, they have the perfect marriage (which is apparently the reason they had him spill the BIG secret of his 'secret son' in the FIRST episode!).

I really love AnnaLynne McCord, but she stands out as so much older looking with each passing episode. The wardrobe they give her doesn't help, either.

I just don't buy her as a high schooler. It's quite a distraction.

AnnaLynne does look older but I don't mind. Actually, she almost looks older then the actress playing her mom.

I finally watched this week's episode. I guess considering neither Brenda nor Kelly were in it, it was acceptable. The best part of the show by far was the very end with Naomi calling Adrianna as she's lying on the floor dead. That was an awesome ending. I also really liked the twist involving the girl Harry hired to investigate the drugs. I really didn't expect that.

And yeah, Ryan is totally Harry and Tracy's son.

Well, supposedly Tracy and Harry's son is named Sean. Unless it's a red herring and it turns out to really be Ryan.

Unless it's mis-direction ...

Josh Henderson has just been revealed by TVGuide to have been cast as Sean, Harry (Rob Estes) and Tracy's (Christina Moore) son.

He played Austin, Edie's nephew on Desperate Housewives.

Ew, I didn't like him on DH. Although, it's better than Ryan turning out to be their son.

There are still some things about this show that are awful.

The whole character of Adrianna is terrible, and i Hope she dies. I didn't see previews so I have no idea if she lives or dies.

I am actually shocked at how bad AnnaLynne McCorde is some of her scenes too. Is it the dialogue? The direction? She was so good on Nip/Tuck and Greek.

But the show is upping the ante in a lot of ways. I liked Harry/Kim connection with that whole cop reveal, and I liked Ade overdosing.

Hopefully, it will lead to some bigger and better things.
