Im definitely looking forward to more. I dont think they nailed it with the pilot, but i definitely see potential for this universe they've created. I do think the dude playing the vampire love interest for Sookie was pretty weak. Thankfully they fixed one major casting blunder with replacing Brook Kerr (yes, Whitney from Passions) as Tara for the series. I downloaded the leaked pilot she was featured in, boy did she suck.

I love me some Alan Ball! I still want to watch it though.

And Tara is fast becoming my favourite character, i'm so thankfull for Brook Kerr being replaced. Rutina Wesley is awesome.

Tonight's eppy was much more solid than the pilot, IMO and next week's looks to continue that trend.

OLTL, 2. DAYS	I started watching the first episode online, but stopped after about ten minutes (well, okay, for some reason, the vid cut out on me after ten minutes). Anyway, I wasn't impressed. I love Alan Ball's work so I was disappointed. The Tara character was hilarious though!

Posts: 4,222 Group: Elite Member Member #70 Joined: June 14, 2007	It took me a while to find this thread, but i wanted to bump it up for Season 2...Last night was the premiere and i thought it was great..Having read the books, I'm shocked that Lafayette is alive..But I love how twisted his kidnapping is...Also Sookie and Bill are hot, but I hope we get to see more of Eric and Sookie this year...Anyone else watching this great show?
