I fucking hate having meetings on Wednesday nights. I'll have to wait until tomorrow when ABC posts the episodes online before I'll be able to watch DSM (and Private Practice).

Okay they said Samarie Armstrong was gone but In the previews for the season premiere it shows her sitting at the table.

Maybe she's just going to be making recurring appearances?

Maybe so

Did you guys read in TV Guide about her big storyline they have planned for Juliet in January?

The reason she's gone will be explained. And Berlanti said it's HUGE and remniscent of Patty Herst debacle.

For those unfamiliar with Patty...

Patricia Campbell Hearst now known as Patricia Hearst Shaw, is an American newspaper heiress, socialite, and actress. The granddaughter of publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst and great-granddaughter of self-made millionaire George Hearst, she gained notoriety in 1974 when, following her kidnapping by the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA), she ultimately joined her captors in furthering their cause. Apprehended after having taken part in a bank robbery with other SLA members, Hearst was imprisoned for almost two years before her sentence was commuted by President Jimmy Carter. She was later granted a presidential pardon by President Bill Clinton.

I can't wait for tonight. Hopefully, the ratings don't tank.

^ I know. I'm REALLY worried about the ratings tonight for DSM. Hopefully, its PP lead-in will help some.

Oh, I'm gonna get to watch DSM live tonight, after all! For some reason, I thought it came on an hour earlier than it does, LoL.

OK, I missed a bit, did Patrick's wife die?
Looks that way.....

I wasn't expecting Lucy Liu's character to get with that Darling......

Awesome show tonight! I loved the twist at the end with Leticia getting arrested instead of Patrick!

Now I just wish Simon and Lisa would GO. They're both so damn boring and stick out like sore thumbs on this show.

I thought tonight's episode was weird and awkward, but good.

This show really needs to deliver this season and get those damn ratings up. I am not sure this episode did that.

It was more of the same, which isn't bad, but it's a precarious place for this show to be in.

Yeah, I'm worried about the ratings too. I didn't really think they promoted it that much.. to be honest, I think I saw ONE ad a while back and I remembered the date.

It wasn't bad, gotta love trashy prime time. Lucy Liu's character and Jeremy was a little random, but I like Jeremy and Lisa. And I LOVE Karen and Nick - hahaha, what was she trying to achieve by standing in Nick's office NAKED? :|

I've only watched half of it so far. The acting in the shower scene was horrid though.

.....OUCH.....(via media week)

"Top-rated overnight honors at 10 p.m. went to CBS’ CSI: NY, at a solid 9.5/16. In the distant No. 2 spot was the sophomore opener of ABC’s Dirty Sexy Money (4.6/ 8), followed by NBC’s struggling Lipstick Jungle (4.2/ 7). Last fall, Dirty Sexy Money premiered with a considerably stronger 7.9/12 on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007. That’s a decline of 42 percent."
