Go Y&R! I'm also relieved OLTL didn't totally crash (in HH, at least) after last week's surge.

I am SO happy about Y&R's ratings! They totally deserved it! And to think that few weeks ago, they were down almost 1 mil viewers from last year.

Is Corday bribing someone, because i am having a hard time believing that the rating for Days is getting better.

The ratings at Days certainly didn't get better for that week. On Monday, the 17th, they had a 2.2 for the day. On Tuesday, the 18th, it dropped down to a 1.9. That's a .3 drop in one day...nothing to sneeze at, for sure. Even the demos were lower than they had been in several weeks.

I wish I could say Days will get better as they go into the Christmas period...but I've got my doubts that will happen this year. I don't even know if I can continue watching it for the rest of the year...not one of the stories is keeping me interested in staying with the show right now.

Good for Y&R. They deserved it.

Days did good with that 2.2 but those 1.9's hurt. It seems all the soaps were up and down and had one high point. Hopefully, we get better next time. I think we may because the shows had a shortened week and Days will no doubt count Black Friday as a special so if it can have a strong 3 days, it may have a good week as may other soaps.

Sweeps has been very stable for most soaps. Y&R and OLTL had the big gains but I would say the soaps have all fared well overall.
