Jamey on Daytime Confidential suggested that viewers not watch DOOL if they want to get rid of Dena Higley because the only way they will let her go is if the ratings drop.
But Dena is not a sole HW anymore. She has Co-HW who is like a right hand for the EP, and from I read at SON most of associate HW´s and dialog HW´s are friends of Tomlin as well. So I think Higley is pretty much neutralized right now and nothing what Tomlin/Whittesel doesn´t like makes it on screen.

Fans did that in 2003, and they brought her back anyway. She almost drove the show to cancellation with her ratings drop during a critical renegotiation. Corday doesnt care, he obviously loves her.

That said ... i've turned out months ago. Please, if you dont like what you're watching, do the same - why subject yourself to endless frustration.

Well, technically Dena is Head-Writer and Christopher Whitesell is co-head writer. Same way Hogan Sheffer was head writer and Meg Kelly was co-head.

Higley/Tomlin/Whitesell should all be gone.

Maybe she is Corday's mistress or she has something on his ass, because there shouldn't be any reason for Corday to let her destroy his parent legacy.
