I'm so excited the UK Celeb BB is back as of last night! And its totally taking the US version's game twists! There's going to be a "Head of House", with a private bedroom, that does all the nominating of housemates! Not many recognizable faces this time to those of us over here, but it does feature La Toya Jackson, Verne Troyer (and his entrance into the BB house is the cutest thing ever!), and Coolio. Others sure to cause friction will be Tina Malone - ex Brookside star, a self described loud, fat, OCD woman. Ex Sugababe Mutya, conservative party leaning glamor model Lucy Pinder and socialist party MP Tommy Sheridan. EEEEEEE! Cant wait for this to get underway. |

Awesome! I just can't imagine a Big Brother without HoH or nominations. That's what causes all the fights and backstabbing! For most overseas versions, Big Brother isn't really a mental game like it is here... it's just a bunch of crazy people in a house with the public voting out all the fun ones first. Boring! LoL |

I like the idea of a celebrity BB. I'd like to see US BB try that just once. A handful of celebrities going head to head could make good tv and presumably increase ratings! |

i'd love it if they did a celeb one here under the US model. The UK model works great for celebs though. Get them under the original intended microscope, watch the shit hit the fan. I dont think its ever worked as well as the Jade Goodie / Shilpa Shetty incident. They've come up with cleaver ways of getting around the "voting out the interesting people first" problem, usually by throwing more people into the mix from the outside. The 2006 season was so incredibly good. |

you'll never get A list celebs on a reality show, but there are tons in the US who'd go on it just like they do Dancing wih the Stars. And with that show's popularity, and the idea floating around from the UK version, I'm surprised CBS hasnt tried to capitolize on it. |

Oh I don't expect to see an A list celebrity on a reality show but seriously who really cares about the likes of Flava Flav or Brigette Neilsen |

Maybe not all A-List celebrities, but I'd like to see CBS give it a shot though. It could work out well. |

It would be D-List Celebs. No one with a viable career would go on it. |
