What always amazes me is how many groups forget the words to some of these songs. It is not like they pick random songs that nobody has ever heard. |

I am so glad the bikini bitch is GONE! I was hoping the Osmond guy would stay; although with him being an Osmond he shouldn't have a problem getting into the music business. I am still loving Danny! His whole group was really good! There a few other guys that I really like too, but I don't know their names. That black girl with the red hair was such a bitch! I am glad she didn't make it. I wish they would have shown more of the group performances instead of spending the first half hour showing them rehearse, not getting along, etc. I don't care about all of that. |

I agree that they showed more actual performances. It would be nice to actually see all of the group performances. And what the hell with the giggly girls group got through (one of the drama groups). They sounded horrible and didn't sound altogether. Thank the Lord bikini girl is gone. Boo-Hoo-Hoo you were in heels all day. Get over it. This is a girl who has gotten through life on her looks and one day the wink and smile isn't going to work anymore. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. |

OMG, they all went crazy tonight and I loved it! LoL I felt like I was watching Big Brother for a minute or two. LoL @ that girl with the crazy laugh (Tatiana) going crazy every five minutes, then trying to steal herself a solo performance at the very end of her group's routine. God, I can't stand her! Bikini skank is finally gone. Amen! I believe if I was in her group, I would've just kicked her out and told her to find a solo routine, LoL. She's so ridiculous, and that little bobblehead thing she does when she sings is out of this world ANNOYING. But she's gone, so I digress. :) Danny Gokey still rocks, and I really like his friend... Jamar, is it? Adam Lambert is good too, but OMG he sings like such a Broadway performer. And what was the name of the really flamboyant guy who kept crying and danced around like a girl during his routine? He was cracking me up the whole hour! Oh, and I liked Kristen McNamara. It's too bad they sent the Osmond guy home, but I'm really glad they got rid of Emily Wynne-Hughes (the girl with the red streaks) and Rose Flack. I wasn't crazy about either of them. |

This was a much better episode. Although they focused too much on the drama. I'm sad I didn't see some people perform in a group. Like Von Smith. I so wanted to see if he would shout again. I'm glad all of the people that I really like are through (except Osmond... I'm shocked he was eliminated.. wonder why... of course they didn't show that, because we had to watch Tatiana be all me, myself and I.) I hope Tatiana doesn't go through. I already hate her. That girl is all about her self... When Simon said to stop and she had to sing another "I want to go through", I was sick to my stomach. Also, the Bikini girl is finally gone. She wasn't even all that cute, IMO. But Danny Gokey's group was AMAZING! Love him and Jamar. And those girls that were with them were good too. But I don't know who they are. Jeremy Michael Sarver is through so yay... also that big bald guy is through too. Anoop is through! Ann Marie Boskovich was okay. She has to be Croatian or something. Boskovich is a Croatian last name. :D Good episode. |

David Osmond's brother did a radio interview today and he said that his brother was cut because he had laryngitis and was unable to sing. They told him "sorry" and cut him, even though most of his group was passed through to the next round despite forgetting the lyrics. He also said that all the contestants were told to form groups at midnight and had to be up at 6AM. Screw that! LoL |

Yeah, I just saw David on ET and he did say he had layrngitis. I really don't see why he needs the show anyway though. |

That was actually something I always wondered about with group night. You always hear about them saying they were up all night rehearsing. I never could figure out why that was the case. I get you would want to be the best you could be but it would seem after some point it would almost be too much. But if they don't find out until midnight, then I could see how they are up all night. |

I bet he has gotten turned away because of his name. Osmond has that certain squeaky clean image that I could see people in the music industry turn away from because they think it won't sell. He might not need the show as others, but the music industry many times is about image before actual talent. |

I have some favorites and all except David Osmond made the top 36. I don't know yet who the top 24 are. |

There isn't a Top 24 this year. It goes straight from 36 to 12. |

LoL, that crazy annoying Tatiana chick wrote a MySpace blog to all her haters. It's an instant classic! In Response to Critics... so in response to all the judgment as in...I am a drama queen, crazy, fake. Honestly, I don't think anyone can imagine the kind of hurt people were trying to inflict on me during the taping of hollywood week and how long it went on and how intesne and relentless it was. Seriously that was ten minutes of DAYS HOURS OF PEOPLE HUMILIATING ME AND STABBING ME. Alot of people were ganging up on me...calling me hurtful sick names, speaking ill of me, and overall attempting to ruin my career that I have been working on for 24 years since I have been born. Reminder, most of these people have never performed, nor cared about performing or entertainment before vs this is my life and again I don't think anyone can Imagine the kind of hurt I have faced in this industry as a woman.I have been trying to break into this industry as an independent artist for over a decade vs people who thought... "Maybe Ill try out for American Idol and sing and whatever who knows!!" Its not..."who knows??" for me... It's what I live for. I was not raised spoiled, In fact my parents were very hard on me and taught me to fetch for myself. I have been on my own since I was 16 working on this career and facing every sort of demon you could imagine. Encountering countless tragedies, natural disasters, deaths and violent crimes in my personal life and injustices and prejudices as a woman and as a Latina in this industry. I have survived many life threatening situations and have been through my fair share of deep hard knocks that no one could understand. It has been a painful and devastating process getting to where I am, and the thought that all that I have worked for could be blown and I could get cut and be the laughing stock of national television because of some people I just met, insulting me, blaming me for their own lack of talent and drive, sitting around moping and complaining and pointing fingers and wasting time, drove me to my melting point after HOURS/DAYS of trying to pull everything together with a smile on my face. I went to talk to the producer to tell him how I felt and why I was upset and I ended up in VERY REAL tears. These people called me "Satan" yelled at me and blamed me for things that never happened ALL ON NATIONAL TELEVISION. It was humiliating. I am sorry I tried to change groups but felt unwelcome and I tried to bring my group together knowing how much they hated me for NO REASON. I was trying to be a leader and contribute but I was put down and humiliated for doing what no one else would do. In the end WE ALL GOT THROUGH AS YOU COULD SEE. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT THOSE EMOTIONS ARE VERY REAL. TO FINALLY MAKE MY DREAMS COME TRUE AND FEEL AS GRATEFUL AS I FEEL...IS EMOTIONAL AND DEEPLY HUMBLING AND SPIRITUAL. I have taken alot of risks in opening myself up with part of my story here on myspace, but I will really make it my priority to open up to people on the show so that they can see the real me and know that If anything is coming out "fake" or whatever...is only because I use the smiles to hide the true pain of all that I have endured and survived in my ever challenging past. I am ready for a new chapter in my life. I am ready for things to be calm, peaceful and plentiful. I am ready to work and connect with America through this show and I am so exited to be able to show the world what I have to offer as a vocalist and an artist. It was an emotional journey, Hollywood Week, and I hope that this can clear up any doubts anyone might have of me and my personality. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and honored to be given this once in a lifetime chance. Thank You Tatiana Nicole Del Toro |

 That whole post is the proof about being drama. Maybe she would be some good entertainment if they are going to be having more of the backstage cameras this season with them all living in a house.

Maybe I am wrong. I could have sworn somewhere I read that this year, the top 12 will all be living together in one house and we were going to be seeing more of that. I know they did that the first couple of seasons, but we didn't see a lot of the footage. I will have to do a search and see if I can find where I found that. |

Kenny posted the info back a few pages in this thread: - The kids are going to live in a house this season. (They lived in a mansion seasons 1-3.) “Plus we’ll be doing more behind-the-scenes stuff with the kids, and they’re going to live in a house, so if anything – if sparks fly there, we’ll show some of that. We’re hoping to get more of who they are – more of the reality version, to be honest with you. It makes the show tick,” says Darnell. |

That sounds interesting, but I hope they don't focus too much on the house drama. They spent thirty minutes straight during the last episode focusing on the group drama before we got even a single performance. While the drama is fun, it belongs on other shows like Big Brother... not AI. There's no need to change the entire show around to something it was never intended to be, like Big Brother and AI all in one. |
