(From this week's TV Guide print edition.)
First, the good news: Days of our Lives' brainwashed John Black finally gets his memory back this week. Now, the bad news: He's paralyzed from the neck down. More good news: He'll wed his ravishing soulmate Marlena in a bedside ceremony and then will be taken to Europe for medical treatment. The final bad news: This is how the show is writing out Drake Hogestyn and Deidre Hall, who have both been fired. Their last airdate is January 23rd.
