(Though I am torn about whether Maggie's scenes with Chloe are an improvement over greeting guests at a restaurant. I'll have to think about that one.)
I think they are . . . and I definitely prefer them to Maggie propping Melanie and telling her to "be good to herself."

LOL true - and by the way, just to clarify, my post was a Chloe bash, not a Maggie bash. I was just thinking that Nadia's version of Chloe's baring her soul is not that different than anyone telling you how many in their party at a restaurant. Of course Maggie's response is different though.

Oh, I knew who you were bashing. :) I'd still rather see Maggie's confrontation with Chloe over her affair with Daniel than even one second of Melanie any day, though.

Hmmmm.... not sure which I think is worse. Poor Maggie, though, to have to be used for garbage like this (in either case).

I don't want Lucas with Chloe. Lucas needs someone, yes! He needs to find someone who will not screw him over. I always thought of Chloe as the rebound girl anyway.

Finally Lucas falls off the wagon! Should've happened a long time ago.

I still hate this Daniel/Chloe shit, but at least interesting things are finally happening. Although I'd still like to know where this explosion that Chloe gets caught in is coming from. Hopefully it's not as random as it sounds.

I so agree ....

It's funny that the break up with Chloe is the trigger for him to start drinking .... Sami should have sent him to the bottle years ago ... But NOPE it is the booby Chloe that does it!

I don't think it's necessarily Chloe that drives Lucas to drink but the combination of his multiple failures with women, his children, and his life.

I can see it now ... Lucas is in an accident - Daniel saves him - Daniel develops a thing for yet another patient! :smooch: :makeout:

Yet another thing to make him feel like a loser - it is interesting that Chloe was the one to push him over the edge though!

I have a bit of very general Lucas/Chloe info beyond the time-frame in the SOD/SOW preview. Maggie does eventually tell Lucas about Chloe & Daniel, and he calls off the engagement/breaks up with Chloe. He then falls off the wagon, and gets into a car accident while drunk. He is injured, but survives. (this happens late February).

Poor Lucas, but I'm not surprised this happens.I'm thinking that the explosion OBK mentioned in her latest scoops about Chloe being involved in will be the car accident. In the scoops it mentions Lucas having a confrontation with Maggie and the next day Chloe being in the explosion.I think Chloe will see Lucas after he has been drinking and will try to stop him from driving but he won't listen to her and she will end up getting in the car with him.

I do NOT want Chloe and Lucas together!!!!!!!!!! I am a LUMI FAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Sami should be the one to take care of Lucas, not Chloe or anyone else. However, that being said, if TPTB HAVE to have Chloe with Lucas, then I want Sami with Rafe. HE is the perfect male ~ looks like Lucas, sort of, and is tall and reminds me of EJ. So, if Lumi has no chance any more, then I think Sami and Rafe should be together. AFter all, he and Lucas both know the truth about baby Grace {will, MIa Jr.}

And Philip and Belle weren't just a couple of horny sluts looking to get laid.
I don't know about that- they sure were acting like a couple of horny sluts. Yeah, the stories are different but to deny that Philip & Belle were acting like a couple of horny sluts? Come on, Mason. :)

Acting and actually being are two different things. Philip/Belle's affair had depth. Daniel/Chloe's has none.

I see this story about two horny people - Higley's lame attempt at a love affair not a love "story". But what it has turned into is a "lust" affair - full of those near porn scenes that for some odd reason Higley thinks will get people to tune in...
I like 'em.

I just dont understand why Maggie feels she needs to lecture Dan?

If she's got her panties in a bunch she needs to go to Lucas.
