As long as Julie Chen is married to Moonves I don't think BB will be cancelled. It's cheap reality and pulls decent demos.
But with Chenbot having a baby, who's to say she still wants to do two jobs at once?

Agreed. And I think it helps that it airs during the summer, when ratings tend to be lower anyway, so CBS can't expect too terribly much versus if it aired during the fall/spring season.

In celebration of the upcoming BBUK premiere (airing June 4th), they've put together a pre-show special called "Big Brother Around the World." I just watched it -- pretty interesting.

LoL @ the Evel Dick segment in the last clip. "They couldn't be any nastier than our next punter... one of the most controversial housemates ever."

I actually read somewhere that BB10 season average was over 7 mil.

EDIT: Never mind, my mistake.. it said it had NEARLY 7 mil.

King! Since you live so close to the BB house, you should gets tickets to be in the audience for one of the eviction episodes this year! Hopefully they'll have the audiences again this season, I really liked it -- even though they were made to act like robots, LoL. So far, they're not listing any dates for tickets.

The CBS Press Release says that the first eviction episode will be on Thu, July 16th, one week after the premiere.

Here's the latest promo. It's a longer version of the original one with more clips from previous seasons.

Just another MONTH and change 'til the cast reveal! LoL.

It's not really so bad though. Back in December, a one month wait would've seemed like nothing.

After all... tomorrow is another day!

Yay for the old schedule returning.

Although I actually remember during BB6 I'm pretty sure it aired Tuesday Thursday Saturday so I'm not sure how "classic" this is. Was just kind of funny to see it listed that way.

Actually, I thought BB6 was the season that started the Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday schedule, but maybe it was BB7.

I think it was BB7 that had the schedule with Sunday as the nomination episode for the whole season, although you may be right at the very end of the season that BB6 moved to a Sunday epi instead of Saturday. It did start out with a schedule of Thursday Saturday Tuesday though.

This old written up release when it was announced during BB6 that there would be a double eviction mentions a Saturday epi.

http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/cbs-big-brother-6-feature-surprise-double-eviction-this-week-3668.php

So that BB week Jennifer would have been shown evicted on a Saturday, which makes sense because I distinctly remember there being a 48 hour feed blockage between Janelle's live nominations that Thursday she won her first HOH until that Saturday episode aired because they actually did everything in the span of 24 hours and just taped the new HOH competition that took place on Friday and there was big drama while everyone was waiting to find out who would be the new HOH and the feeds were blocked and someone claimed that they were watching the fish tank and could see through it the nerd herd carrying all their pillows and everything up to the HOH room for their slumber parties. Then the Saturday episode aired and it was confirmed the nerd herd had HOH with Beau having won it.
