So far, the best seasons have been no twist seasons. 2, 3, 10.
Well, it's debatable to call any season the "best season," but I would add BB6 to that list, and maybe BB8.

BB6 was better for the feeds, BB8 was better for the show.

As for twists, I would love to see more game-related surprises. Like BB7's Coup d'Etat -- even though Mike never used the damn thing.

LoL, I have a love/hate relationship with BB8. I pretty much loved it and hated it at the same time. It was entertaining and infuriating all at once. Lots of trainwreck moments.

The twins was a good twist, and the couples twist was good (minus the "real" couple). But the rest ? The exes sucked, the long lost relatives sucked, the secret partners everyone figured out within a week sucked, the enemies sucked. Clunkers, all of them

Are you kidding? Allison whoring herself over Ryan was such great drama. Crazy Natalie fawning all over Matt was awesome and hillarious. Sheila and Adam being stuck together while hating each other and fighting all the time. Soooooo much good stuff came from that.

the enemies sucked.
Oh, and I wouldn't say that the enemies twist was bad. It was entertaining -- it just didn't last long because they enemies were evicted quickly. The biggest downside is that it brought us estranged father and daughter, Dick and Daniele. Blech!

Other than the cheerleader going early, Dustin and Joe were still there for a long time, and then there were the other two ...

But none of them were really "enemies"

Oh, it gave us plenty of drama, but it was fucking confusing. For the first two weeks, I couldn't remember who was coupled with who and it made the feeds really hard to follow. Everyone turned into sex-obsessed hornballs the moment they heard the word "couples." They forgot it was a game and turned the Big Brother house into a brothel. If I wanted to watch porn, I would watch porn.

Plus, Natalie could annoy the skin off a cat and I wanted to murder her. Allison was an entitled bitch. Ryan was a racist piggy. Adam was a doofus. Jen was repulsive. I wanted to bash Matt's head in with a baseball bat. I just found it really difficult to care about any of them regardless of the twist drama. They were too disgusting.

I couldn't even get two full episodes in to BB9 before I just had to give up.

Aww, remember when Renny and Keesha had that heart-to-heart in the kitchen the night before Renny was evicted?

I get teary-eyed just thinking about it, LoL.
