I didn't watch tonight's episode (because the season has sucked so far) but I heard that the episode was really intense with a crazy ending. Did any of you see it, and it would it be worth my time to look it up online? |

I just watched the episode online. Wow! It was intense and crazy. Why couldn't it have been like that from the start?! LoL. The ending surprised me. I thought JD was too obvious, but apparently not -- and it looks like he's working with Wakefield, who's not really dead. Why is his face all burned and Freddy Krueger-ish, though? The opening sequence with the chandelier falling was gruesome, as well. So was the discovery of the uncle's body, cut in half and strung up in the tree. I LoL'd at how that blonde chick got her ring back. Her and her boyfriend are so cute. Now I definitely have to watch next week! |

I missed the chandelier falling but saw the aftermath, saw JD showing Abby the dead body of Uncle Marty. Was shocked when that spear went through whatshisface who was boinking the Mrs. Wellington. I'm really shocked that JD actually seems to be working with Wakefield. It seems like if they were making a killer they should have had it be someone else obvious than the darkhaired creepy kid with the tattoos. I guess they still could. |

ME TOO! I literally jumped! LoL I was not expecting that at all. Not with his daughter watching from the window. Eeeeeek. That was some scuurrryy shit! LoL Anyway, JD and Wakefield are working together, but I think that's only one part of the reveal. We still have several episodes to go, they wouldn't reveal everything this soon. I don't think Wakefield the original murderer. I think he was falsely accused, and now he's back for revenge. The original killer is the sheriff. He gives me major creepy vibes, and why would he not say anything about his "copycat" suspicions? Plus, he apologized to Abby in tonight's episode about "the things he said about her mother" years ago. The writers have never revealed to us exactly what he said, but obviously they're hinting at something there. Also, keeping all the newspaper clippings? Creepy and weird. I think the sheriff was the original killer. Maybe his wife was having an affair with Wakefield, and then when he found out, he went on a murder rampage, killing his wife and making it look like Wakefield did it before "killing" him too. Who knows. Also, JD had a line tonight where he told the sheriff, "Isn't it about time we all find out who the real liar is around here?" I can totally see them flashing back to that scene after the big reveal in a later episode, LoL. Anyway, how JD ties into all this, I have no clue. Maybe he's related to Wakefield somehow. His son? I dunno. He definitely ties in somehow, and I think it's going to be a shock when it's revealed. He's not just some random guy they tossed into the mix for no reason. |

It felt like I was watching some weird mix of Friday the 13th, Halloween and Scream. Very good. Much to my surprise, the show has improved. |

The guy with the burned face at the end looked like the zombie from Hocus Pocus. Is it the same actor? |

Okay, if I'm reading Harper's Globe right, the guy with the half burnt face isn't Wakefield. It's Cole Harken, one of the survivors from the original Wakefield murders. So... yeah. I'm confused. |

Hmm, this is pretty interesting. I was just looking at the cast list, and C.J. Thomason who plays the fisherman we saw in the first episode (Jimmy) is listed as a main cast member -- not a guest star like most of the others. Also, CBS has uploaded a clip from the next episode which shows Abby remembering the innocence of her relationship with him when they were younger. They were high school sweethearts. Finally, the cable guide for tomorrow's episode mentions something about Abby uncovering a shocking secret from her past. Call me crazy, but I think this Jimmy dude is involved with the murders in a big way. They don't just toss peripheral characters into the mix after so many episodes unless there's a reason for it. |

That bag of money is unlucky. Anyone who's had it has died. It all started with Uncle Marty -- Marty dies. Chopped in half. Wellington finds the money and uses it to pay off Hunter -- Hunter dies. Shot on the boat. Joel Booth tries to bury the money -- dies of a gunshot wound. Wellington used the money to pay off Hunter -- killed by a falling chandelier. Now we've got that fat Malcolm dude trying to burn the money and he's hacked up in the process. IMO, once we find out who had the initial financial deal with Uncle Marty (or who he embezzled from), we'll find the killer. As for how it ties in to Wakefield and all that mess, who the hell knows, LoL. |

I wish I'd have kept up with this show. I watched the first episode, didn't think it was that bad, and planned to keep watching, but then I just kind of...didn't, LoL. But it sounds like it's gotten really good! |
