Posted at Pifeedback CBS brought in more ad dollars than FOX, ABC and NBC, Between Sept. 1, 2008 to May 17, 2009. According to TNS Media, CBS took in $4.03 Billion for the 08-09 season. The other net's take are as follows: CBS - $4.03 Billion ABC - $3.67 Billion NBC - $3.02 Billion FOX - $2.99 Billion CW - $361.9 Million Edited by Rick, Jun 4 2009, 03:03 PM.

It's weird to me that NBC brought in more ad dollars than Fox given that Fox has Idol, more sports and better ratings. I guess NBC makes it up in the extra hour of primetime, news and... daytime? |

NBC had more hours of televised programming for advertisers to purchase from..So that might play into account...I'm sure with Jay Leno coming to 10pm, that will change next season.. |

Yeah, but Fox has more hours of football and it has NASCAR and baseball as well. While NBC has... hockey. Ick. (Sorry, Canada!) |
