THE CW GIVES "VALENTINE" SUMMER SWAN SONG
By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- The CW's short-lived drama "Valentine" is back.

Programming updates issued by the network confirm new episodes of the series are set for Sundays at 7:00/6:00c starting this weekend (June 28).

The fresh installments replace repeats of "Reaper" in said hour.

The netlet pulled the plug on the series - and the rest of its MRC-produced brethren - back in November, leaving four episodes on the shelf.

I didn't watch all the episodes that aired, though I did enjoy the ones I saw. It's sad that The CW is giving up Sunday nights all together in the fall.

I still think they suck for canning Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars.

Veronica Mars yes. Gilmore Girls wasn't cancelled though. Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham didn't want to do it anymore.
