I wish the Adam/Rafe stuff had played out longer in this episode. Not that I wanted to see a sex scene (well, sure I did - but I knew we weren't going to get one. It's still daytime.) - but I felt like there was a lot missed. In my perfect episode, Adam would have thought admitting he had feelings would be enough to get Rafe off the scent. Rafe would have pushed the physical stuff. Adam would have backed down, playing like he's not ready yet. Rafe would have gotten suspicious again. Adam would have realized he had no choice in the matter. Maybe even poured a drink. (He's straight - he'd need one!) We would have seen Adam build up the nerve for what he would have to do. It all seemed a little too easy. I thought the Sharon stuff played better than I originally thought it would. Loved Morrow and Stafford. And Victor finding Mr. Kitty was by far my favorite scene of the whole episode! |

I haven't seen the episode yet, but that is the way I envisioned it in my mind. Unfortunately, it sounds like it played out altogether different. A big disappointment, IMO. |

I would of liked it played out better, too. There was no real anticipation for anything. It just kind of happened. Rafe should have been explored a little more before this played out. At least play him kind of longing or crushing on Adam, or SOMETHING! But man, Yanni Gellman looks so young, even next to Muhney. |

To me, it seemed like they did a little back when Rafe was Adam's lawyer. But yeah, I wish they would have made it more obvious or something. |

It sounds the writers really wanted to go there, but they scripted it quick and "to the point" to keep from pissing off viewers who might've been offended by the story twist. Oh well. |

Yeah. I kinda saw that but even so, it could have been written better. I know they were probably going for shock value of the sudden seduction, but still ... LoL. Oh well. We'll see how it plays out. |

I'm glad we're getting more of the Nina/Phillip stuff this week. Last week sucked. I was watching some old youtube clips of her, and didnt realize till now that all of her husbands are dead. Nice statistic. I wonder if they'll make any mention of Ryan as Phillip IV's father. |

I don't have a horse in this race but Sharon is disgusting to me for what she's doing to Jack especially since she slept with his little brother. I hate the way they write Sharon in relation to Jack and vice versa. Billy and Mac are so boring they could bottle it up and make a fortune out of it. And no matter how you slice it, they are having an affair. The Adam and Rafe story is tanking big time. I've lost interest and it wasn't necessary for them to sleep together. It was IMPLIED that Adam and Rafe had sex! Adam just used the one time hinted at "crush" that Rafe has on him to deflect the lawyer from searching his room to help clear Estella! All the controversy over this and it all took place off screen! Adam went through all that just to cover his ass(no pun intended) and then was freaked out and had to call Heather over for a quick roll in the hay to "recover"! But then this is the guy who was sticking NEEDLES in his EYES so anything he does shouldn't be surprising! Edited by Grandpa Hughes, Jun 30 2009, 04:28 PM.
