Sheila's 2003 return was atrocious...though not as bad as 2005 at Y&R. I don't even count that 2006/07 shit as a Sheila return, 'cause that sure as hell wasn't Sheila Carter, whatever it was! It was Sugar, period! And its an interesting way to bring her back. Looking like Sheila, and really being Sheila, but pretending to be poor victimized Sugar starting over. Very B&B 1992.
