I just think it's funny we have so many pages dedicated to THIS PARTICULAR TIDBIT that might be a throw away line in the episode "I hope Ciara enjoys her party" when instead we have confusing character motivations (when we get those at all), character's getting thrown under the bus to push the story, and promises on how DB is leaving, yet he's still here. And I think you guys are forgetting that Corday himself said "that was then, this is now" which I think applies to all timelines. Ciara being born in December was then, this is now and Dena says her birthday is in July. Case closed. And here's your t shirt. :lol: LMAO!

I admitted myself I would be annoyed with it if they didn't at least mention a reason for having the party now, no matter how stupid the reason is. I just, personally, see it as nothing earth shattering. While it may irk me a little, there are worse things and my second post was basically me having trouble with you logic that extreme SORASing is more tolerable then something like this. I just didn't get that at all and wanted to know why you felt that way and you explained that in one of your posts after that so now I see where your coming from. I disagree but I can understand your position. All I did was agree with Angie's post that it was not really a big deal. It wasn't meant to be directed at anyone in particular. Like others, I just found it funny that the tidbit got this much attention, as annoying it is is LOL.

I didn't realize how handy "that was then, this is now" could be for the writing staff. It really explains so much, like, for example any character who acts in a manner inconsistent with his or her history: that was then, this is now.

But since Chloe is supposed to be sick, maybe Sami will keep her mouth shut because of it. If that's the case then they will do anything to drag this boring ass storyline out. :shame:
