Basically in this episode, a host of Hamp Speake's friends kidnap him to throw him a good ole fashioned boy's night out, filled with football and beer. However the episode turns out showcasing just how complex characters such as Billy, Ross, Mallet, and Nick were at the time while they are all stranded together. Meanwhile equally good scenes is shared between H.B. and Henry on the Lewis porch interacting with Springfield's future generation, a young Bill Lewis and Ben Reade. The episode ends with a music montage and a special end credits where "Hold Onto Love" is not used. When Jill Farren Phelps is good, she is a excellent paired with capable writers such as her time on GL. Teaser Ending |
