I actually thought tonight's episode was one of the better ones so far.

Yeah, I changed my tune. It had it's moments. But as an overall package, I still find it boring... I can't figure out why I should care about Violet, Auggie and Jonah/Riley.

The Ella and Lauren scenes were great, but I felt like this was shoved aside was no big deal. I understand Ella's 'no judging' attitude, but something was still missing.

The David s/l was all over the place.

Melrose Is Back!

Violet and Auggie were the weakest links. I actually don't mind crazy ass Violet. Simpson-Wentz can actually do it okay because all she has to do is bug her eyes out and twitch. Auggie's such a bore.

I'm really glad they're developing David more. Shaun Sipos isn't the best but he's really growing on me. Jonah and Riley just aren't working. We need to see them developed more away from each other to care about them. I love Michael Rady and Jonah and Kendra (Jenna Dewan) kissing was hot as hell. Kendra should stick around and stir up trouble.

Loved Ella and Lauren, like always. Both just immediately suck me in and make me want to watch. Both could be reading the phone book and I'd watch them.

I agree. I felt like that could have been done better.

I wish we'd get more friendship scenes like Lauren & Ella. The cast seems so isolated.

I finally got my David and Lauren tonight, but Lauren pulled away. AHHHH! :frustration:

Next week looks so good! Amanda Woodward is alive and back in Los Angeles!

Great episode tonight. I'm with you Drew, total David/Lauren fan. The push/pull there is going to drive me crazy. I hope it lasts a while though. I want some buildup before they get together.

It sucks they're getting rid of Victor Webster. I really liked him and his firing is completely unnecessary.

Finally we saw Michael wasn't JUST a smug bastard in this episode. He was written very in character tonight. Let's hope it stays that way.

I wish Victor Webster was sticking around too. He coulda been the anti-Matt. I strong gay Alpha Male.

What a waste.

Well that makes three characters I have come to like on the new Melrose Place.

Ella, David, and tonight Lauren

They definitely need to develop Jonah/Riley some more.

I agree. Ella, Lauren and David are my faves too. I am looking forward to the post-Violet and Auggie era. Watching Ashlee try to act and hearing her babydoll voice tonight was just painful.

Ugh Im glad Ashlee is leaving, Violet was growing on me. But tonight Ashlee just proved her inexperience. It was ridiculous.

Ok Ok Ella and Jonah are hot together.

Was nice to see Michael again.

I still don't believe David is Michael's kid LOL, Im hoping there was a mishap with the paternity and Jake ends up being the father. I know I know far fetched, but hey this is Melrose Place.

David and Lauren.....Oh Yea!

David & Lauren <3 I'm still waiting until Michael beds Lauren and that will cause some real problems.

I'm sure hoping Michael exposes Violet before she leaves.

I wonder if the writers will explain Amanda's fake death or they'll just ignore it?
