Dattilo has talent but the problem is they keep saddling him with screen partners that don't draw the best dramatic work out of him. Ali does sometimes but I think an actress like Brown could push Bryan to prove himself. I could be wrong but I think it would be worth a try. Eh. I don't think so. Dattilo has been in scenes with wonderful actors, and he's always shown up. That's why I'm glad they usually only pair him with semi-decent actresses. Sweeney sucks, so she works in scenes with Dattilo. Bjorlin sucks, so she works in scenes with Dattilo. Zucker sucked in the beginning of her DAYS career, so she worked in scenes with Dattilo. Throw Nicole at Lucas now and I doubt I'd have the same opinion. When DAYS paired Carrie and Lucas together, I laughed every time they were on together. Christie Clark overpowered Dattilo in every single scene they were in. There was no way he could match her and he always came off as weak. He only balances with actors that aren't that good themselves (Sweeney and Bjorlin). It's always nice when someone else does the heavy lifting.

She's decent and she proved she could handle the heavy stuff during her execution story and when Grace died. As for CC, I like her and all but she's far from being a great actress. Her first run was great but her second run, mostly due to the writing, was awful. She was right about on par with Dattilo for me during that run and we all know the great actors rise above even shit writing. Back to Brown though, another show should scoop her up. She will come in and make an impact from day one.

Clark was the only one to bring that quadrangle redux to life. Had she not been involved, I would've hated that story more than I did.
