Way to go Dexter. I found this on Perez Hilton.... On its October 25th episode, Showtime's Dexter garnered more viewers than ever during its four season run! The show drew in over 2 million people, which sets records for the network! They have never had that many viewers on single night, but that might change! Season 3 of Californication is averaging almost a million audience members per episode, up 60% from last season! Edited by Kevc1980, Oct 27 2009, 10:05 PM.

I haven't watched tonight's episode, but I did get around to watching last week's and I REALLY enjoyed it. It was definitely the 'camel's hump' of the season and I can only imagine where things are going to go from here. JC's performance was fantastic. I've been that impressed by her in awhile. |

After watching last night's episode and seeing the promo for next week, I am now 100% convinced that Quinn has a "dark passenger" of his own. He's getting too much focus for a strictly supporting character. I think he's the one who shot Deb and killed Lundy. Anyway, I'm not sure if I like the whole sub-plot of Dexter trying to "learn" from Trinity. Clearly they are two different monsters and Dexter should be smart enough to know that. He has nothing to learn from that freak. Also, I think Trinity knows who Dexter really is. The way he raised his voice when he called him Kyle was suspicious... and then giving him the murder weapon as a gift? It's like he's taunting him on purpose. LoL @ Rita's milk/cow comment. What a bitch. I hope she dies this season. (The kids too.) |

In the books the way characters with a Dark Passenger can sense other killers is a little like Highlander when they start looking around and grabbing there swords. in the show it's less obvious more of the 'something just ain't right' vibe Doakes got from Dexter, and Dexter got from Doakes with all his on the job shootings. We know Quinn is if not a crooked cop then at least flexible. Quinn has a bug up his ass about Dexter not getting his need to pocket the cash, if Dexter starts getting a bad vibe from Quinn... I hate the Quinn character so don't care how/don't care who I just want him dead. I'm not buying Dexter's reasons for not going ahead and killing off Trinity either. Spoiler: click to toggle

From "Ask Ausiello." Question: Do you have any Dexter news? Ausiello: In this Sunday's eppy, the Showtime smash will boldly go where it has never gone before. I'd go so far as to call it a game-changing event. |

my guess is Debra figures out the Dexter/ice truck Killer/Laura Moser connection, either that or more dirt on Quinn. |

It feels weird watching Dexter as it airs. But, I'm enjoying this season. It already surpasses season 2 for me. However, I LOVED season 3, so I don't know yet. |

Cool Spoiler. Episode 7 was my least favorite so far this season. The surprise ending was sort of tipped off to viewers about half way through the show, but it should give Dexter some nice conflict to deal with. Most of the rest of the episode, the animal scenes excepted, just felt like it was marking time dragging things out though. Maybe it was the dialogue but the actors performances just seemed not as sharp as the usually are. It would be nice if we got a scene with Quinn and his reporter girlfriend to get inside his head for more of what he's thinking. Not give everything away but a little more set-up. Maybe Quinn enlists his girlfriend or Anton to help dig up some dirt on Dexter would be a nice way to move things along. Spoiler: click to toggle
