Seriously, I don't think ABC will pick it up for a second season but I am going to enjot it as long as I can. The chain smoking aunts were hilarious! |

I'm on the fence with this show. It's WAY too similar to Malcolm in the Middle IMO. The youngest boy is clearly a direct ripoff of Dewey. |

That's exactly what I thought about it. Patricia Heaton is good as a housewife, I buy it, I like her, I think she's funny. The nerdy daughter has an endearing eduring spirit. The dad from Scrubs bothers me. |

If Patricia Heaton wins an Emmy for this show, while Jane Kaczmarek was never able to capture one, I will be thoroughly upset. No beef with Heaton, but Jane EXCELLED at this concept show. |

I watched for the first time and quite liked it. Patricia Heaton is okay but I'm really not a huge fan of hers. |
