Please link to DR only. Thank you! :) A Closer Look at Chloe An unexpected kiss from Billy prompts Chloe to make a choice between the two men in her life this week. Elizabeth Hendrickson explains. WEEKLY: Chloe defends Billy after Mac, Daniel, Amber and Kevin chastise him for the article he wrote about Victoria's affair. Why does Chloe stand by him? HENDRICKSON: Chloe sees everyone attacking Billy and trying to break him down. She sees that it's affecting him, and she doesn't like watching someone being badgered. Chloe's made mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. It's not the end of the world. So she's like, "Get over it. Back off." WEEKLY: Afterward, Chloe tries to get cozy with Chance, but he backs off. What happens? HENDRICKSON: It's pretty obvious that Chloe still has feelings for Billy and that he has a special place in her heart. Chance picks up on Chloe's need to have Billy in her life one way or another. He says, "Look, I know what you're doing. You've got one foot in the door and one foot out. I'm not going down that road. I'm not that kind of guy." WEEKLY: How does that make Chloe feel? HENDRICKSON: She doesn't realize she's hurting Chance. She thinks he just accepts her for who she is, and that's what she likes about him; that she can be herself. They started out as friends. He knows her entire deal. Sometimes Chloe doesn't consider his feelings. She talks to Chance openly about everything, when she should just keep certain things to herself. WEEKLY: Later, Chloe's back at the Chancellor Estate when there's a knock at the door. Who is it? HENDRICKSON: Billy. He's standing there with this look on his face like, "I need you. You're who I'm coming to." Chloe knows he's had a rough night. She has a moment of weakness and lets him in. Then she realizes what she's doing and says, "No. I can't do this. I'm not going to be your consolation prize. I'm always going to be your friend, but we're just friends. You need to go." WEEKLY: Instead of going, Billy pulls Chloe into a kiss, which Chance witnesses. Right? HENDRICKSON: Yes. Chance doesn't hear what Chloe has said. he just comes down the stairs and sees the kiss. The he walks away. Chance thinks Billy has shown up and Chloe is kissing him, which completely confirms everything he was feeling earlier. WEEKLY: Does Chloe finally toss Billy out? HENDRICKSON: Chloe is very matter-of-fact. She's not, "Get out of here. Get away from me." It's more like, "We can't go down this road anymore. I care about you, but we're just friends." Chloe is finally deciding to shut that door. She realizes it's time for her to move on. She realizes Billy is a lost cause. There will always be something there, but she has to start taking care of herself and taking care of her daughter. Chloe is growing up and learning to accept things, and the thing is she really does like Chance. It's different from the other relationships she's used to, but she always has fun with him. WEEKLY: That's a big step. Are you happy about it? HENDRICKSON: It's funny when you have storylines like this that can somewhat emulate your own life; when your own storylines teach you lessons. It's something I like to play, because it's something I can relate to. I like growing up with Chloe. It makes it a lot easier to play and a lot harder, because it's a lot more real. WEEKLY: So you're familiar with the whole bad boy attraction? HENDRICKSON: Yeah (laughs). The bad boy trying to grow up. You just hit 30 and think maybe it's time to start appreciating yourself and what you deserve. I'm learning from Chloe. |

Chance is BORING! I'm rooting for Billy and Chloe! Once, Billy/Mac will break up. I do see Billy realizing his feelings for Chloe and having to fight for her. Always a CHILLY fan. Why would anyone want that boring character, Chance, with the spunky/fun Chloe, I have no clue. Yes, he is a good guy. Good looking. Sweet. But entertaining? NOPE. |

Finally something to look forward to. I have been waiting for this moment for months. For Chloe to really let go and move on. I want her to immediately sign the divorce papers after this. And even though I want Chance and Chloe to come out of this ok, I'm good with a little angst. Chloe screwed up so its going to take Chance time. I think him getting hurt will be great... I hope they get an opportunity to talk before that happens though I imagine they might not. Yeah this further confirms why Chloe has had to be the only person not reminding Billy that he's a waste of space lately. I felt her scenes today weren't really needed. I loved seeing her, but she was basically there just to set up this moment next week when Billy is going to feel all alone without a friend in the world. |

:puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: Bloe kiss :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: I can't wait for that sick pairing to finally be over. Billy better use about twenty bottles of mouth wash before he even thinks of getting back with Mac. |

Chloe should use the mouth wash. After all, Billy's been hooking up with the living corpse aka Mac. |

I'm happy that we CHILLY fans at least get a KISS before having to watch Chloe with Mr. Boring Chance. YAY! Once Billy wakes up, he'll get his gal, Chloe, back. |

Chilly fans knew this was coming. We've already had to suffer through wack Mac, this is one more hurdle to cross. Billy's eyes seem to be opening to the fact that Mac just doesn't "get" him like Chloe does. Once Chloe finally moves on Billy is going to finally start fighting for his girls. This is going to be great to watch! |

Billy and Chloe are perfect together, they're both full of mischief and they have great chemistry! Put Mac & Chance together, they can bore each other to death and no one will notice. |

Don't forget he also hook up with easy going STD girl Lily. Really how long it took him to laid down his pipe in her. After misleading her on the internet. Edited by Immadashell, Oct 30 2009, 12:46 AM.

I LOVED THIS SCENE. :wub2: In fact, it was better than the article even makes it out to be. I was expecting Billy to show up stinking drunk and plant a sloppy one on Chloe....but WOW....it was so much better than that. He wasn't even drunk (buzzed maybe, but not drunk) and the kiss wasn't a sloppy drunken one either....but deep, sensual, and so full of emotion. I loved his graveside moment of clarity, and that whole silent scene with Chloe was AMAZING. I now have no doubt that even though Chloe/Chance is coming up (and I did feel bad about Chance in that scene...with his shattered look) that Chilly is the story being told here. Kudos to Chloe for being a bigger woman than most of YR’s females and refusing to be second best…even if she is in love. :applause: Edited by saltymcpepper, Oct 31 2009, 03:15 PM.

I was expecting a drunken kiss as well. What I got was a tender sweet kiss which is not the norm for Chilly. What I liked most was that they didn't even say a word, they didn't have to, the chemistry spoke volumes! I loved it    |
