He not marry to her so he doesn't need her approval, plus this is business. I find it strange that these same people who robbed banks, stole money from Katherine, rape Lilly, tried to kill Collen by burning down the Restaurant breaking into Jack 'computer is upset with Billy about what he wrote about Victor. If Lilly dies maybe the put Cane and Mac together.
