Will he get credit? Funny how Rafe doesn't utter a word about that to Sami. Not so honest now, is he? Rafe knocks himself out while ducking.... :laugh: :shame: Can't wait for the showdown between Sami and Nicole!! I am thinking that at this point the main thing on his mind is to tell Sami about Sydney being her baby, not about the hit on him and EJ thwarting the effort. We don't know that the White Knight doesn't tell Sami later about what the Black Knight did.

Those were the days!! SERIOUSLY! The one thing that could have salvaged this was a fantastic reveal, which to me means that a whole mess of people find something out at once. No more slow burn. It needs to hit Will, Mia, Chad, Sami, EJ at the same time, and Nicole, Stefano, Luis, and, I dunno, Kate, Victor and Vivian are there too (Vivian can make a crack about Kristen doing pretty much the same crap with EJ). Just...SOMETHING. Shit, include Chloe and Dr. Dan instead if you have to. Just fill a room with characters for like 5 minutes. Preferably when they're dressed up all fancy. Then- let it hit the fan. Not Sami walks in on Nicole stealing money (the fuck- does she not have access to the Dimera fortune at that point?). Don't get me wrong- a catfight can be fun. But it can also be built into a larger event. My last hope is that revives Sami the schemer. Bitch should be all over Stefano's ass for this (remember, writers, what she did just cause her mother screwed John- this is like that times 1000). Thanks for posting (and giving the opportunity to safely let off work-related stress)!

I've heard that it takes a long time to tape episodes where all the actors are together, and time is money, so... yeah. Group scenes are probably gone forever. Just like good lighting and nice sets.

I think the last non-day player packed event was Chloe and Lucas' engagement party. They had EJ & Nicole all lovey-dovey with Vic making dirty faces at her! Dan pining away for Chloe. I think Phil was there with Stephanie. I want to say that they were upstairs making kissy face? Kate was there because she threw the party-throwing daggers at Chloe. I remember that she gave her this pretty dress. Wow, this was almost a year ago?!! As for the article, kind of anti-climatic. Sami and her veins popping out calling Nicole every name in the book with her hero right by her side. Nicole cowering because she's mentally spent. I don't get that though because I'd think you could save money by coming up with some excuse to use the same set a whole week or whole two weeks. I remember AMC doing that recently with their whole dance marathon thing to save money. Maybe Days is different in terms of how they shoot more scenes out of order and they are further ahead in shooting and darker for more of the year or something? Anyway, it is a bummer they couldn't have done a big event and have the reveal take place there. It would have been really easy for them to get everyone important together for Johnny and Allie's 2nd birthday party. I mean I guess it would've been about two weeks off but that's still really close in soap land. Even if EJ and Nicole are fighting, Sami could've invited her and Sydney, and Will and Mia would have been there along with Stefano, Kate, Lucas (if he was back) and Brady would have been there as Sami's only sibling left on the canvas. About the only key person who would need a contrivance to explain why he was there would be Chad. And if Rafe had to be the one to announce the reveal he could have showed up at some big moment, with Stefano attempting to get him on the way there. I think I'll just pretend that's how it's all revealed.

Rafe tells Sami all alone, Sami's phone dies so she goes back to her penthouse and the truth comes out between those two by themselves? And nobody tells EJ or even thinks of him? LMAO! Not what I was expecting, but we'll see.

I wasn't expecting Rafe to tell EJ the truth even after he came to his rescue since the turd insisted EJ was a good dad all along yet still went behind his back to try to adopt his kid out from under him, but is EJ just gonna go on his way and not try to find out from Rafe why there was a hit man after him or not confront his father or something? I want to hear that part of the story.
