It's certainly not a body double for AZ, since she's several inches taller than that and they insist on exact sizing. 5'5" and a size 10 sounds like Carly to me.

What about that DiMera nanny, Mary? Although I don't get why they would need a corpse to play her when she's just an extra already.

Perhaps it's just some random dead chick that turns up in the coming weeks. The other role does sound like a body double though, with all the physical specifics and whatnot. Maybe the initial face-to-face meeting with Carly and Vivian gets a little violent, LoL.
