I think there is a lot more to it than what we saw, and I think Sami doesn't actually get Sydney back until the week of the 16th, but she and Rafe go looking for her. That Sydney is the darn cutest baby in that promo.

Terrible promo, but at least it was longer than 15 seconds. Also, I liked Galen in it. How did they give it away? All that was shown was Rafe telling Sami that Sydney is her baby. We didn't see a reunion. We didn't see Sami confronting Nicole or any reaction from Nicole. I thought it was a very well done promo that didn't give it all away like usual. After watching this promo, we still don't know what's going to happen next, only that Sami knows the truth. I thought it was great!
