It would make sense to me as both Carly and Daniel could have hooked up as they both work in the same field, they both travelled in Europe. Apparently rumours are circulating that Dr 'baby broker' Baker was the one who took care of the baby. I actually would like to see a Darly pairing, because both SC and CC are good actors, and i've been praying to the soap gods since the dansea break up that Daniel would get a better s/l than all this dumhoe crap. CC is just an amazing actress, and already we've seen her top notch acting skills opposite LS and PR. Can't wait for more. Please let Mia be Carly's daughter - how weird is that Carly and Daniel could have had a grandchild who passed away?

I can see this being possible now that Daniel and Chloe seem to have that problem-free happy ending. I was kinda hoping that Daniel would just leave town, so this is a bit of a downer.

Posts: 630 Group: Elite Member Member #2,660 Joined: July 27, 2008	after watching yesterday's show, i have to say that i'm fairly sure the daughter in question is melanie, not mia. they've been dropping too many hints by having mia interact with carly, and furthermore, chapelle never comes off in any of her scenes with mia that she might be her daughter. i'd be really shocked if melanie wasn't the daughter in question.

Mia is too obvious now. I think Mia and Carly will bond quickly and Melanie and Carly not and it will be devasteting to Carly as melanie is the real daughter of hers. Though I prefer Melanie as the daughter, I can take both Mia or Melanie. Who worries me is the father.

OK, I'm missing something in this tangled web. Just how would Melanie and Philip be related? I wasn't watching during the Carly years, but I thought that Carly and Frankie were related by blood? Frankie was adopted. How is Carly related to the Kiriakises?
