I so wanted to punch Rafe in the nose when he was telling Sami this was a custody issue. The hero in Pleather...meh! I loved me some Sami slappin. I think Brady deserved it. SMACK! I loved the... I was just bitch slapped, face he made at the end of the scene. I am so bored with hearing Carly carry on about this kid of her's. I am scared to death they are going to drag this sl out till I am bore to tears. I am ready for some freaking movement in her story. Gabbi....How I hate thee...let me count the ways...Today 2. I ffed that many times through her scenes. I thought the scenes between Ej and Stefano were good. James and Joe really hit home. I love seeing them work together. Speaking of the good scenes...They were ruined when Rotox invited himself in. He needs a silly slap too. Just hearing his voice makes my hair stand on end. Never before has a buffoon had so much confidence in his ability. How anyone in can feel Safe with this ass on guard duty is beyond me. Ej needs to keep the goons on Nicole's trail. The Nicole wig was TERRIBLE! She was really broke, wasn't she? Gabbi must of gave her enough to get a ticket and a dollar store toupe. That look was so Hitler. All she need was some oil, a comb and a tiny mustache, and she was the fuher....That or Oliver Hardy. http://silentgents.com/HJ.htmlThe show was ok. I hope they do not drag the obsessed baby theif freak saga out too long. I am weary of Nicole's self pity and obsessive monologues. Great post
I colored my hair that color one time,,needless to say,it was NOT a good thing :)
I think everything you posted is about how I feel ;)

Was there no episode on Thurs or something? Just watching today's. God, EJ is so (SO!!) over the top! Fuck, I just watched New Moon and that was OTT - it reminded me of JS' acting, haha.
And this scene with EJ, Stefano, Roman and Kate is straight up weird, because she's banged every single one of 'em. Could this town be any more incestuous (or slutty?) ??

Cassie, Thursday was the US Thanksgiving Day. You know, Macy's Parade, football, and the dog show? (FOr those people who don't do football and Elf Marathons, LOL)

That hair style is pretty bad. That alone should draw attention. Poor Nicole, LOL. She just needed to steal some of Sami's highlighter!

Just catching up on Friday's epi. Why the hell did they have Sami with a sprained ankle that I don't think we ever saw happen and then she won't be limping at all the rest of this Salem "day"? That was so dumb.

I really enjoyed Bo and Carly's scenes today as she explained her horrible past with Lawrence after leaving Salem. I buy the explanation they gave concerning Carly making the mistake and having an affair with the doctor at the medical conference. It didn't sound too forced. However, one thing I have to note, is that I assume Bo knows the identity of Carly's daughter. The way he talks about her moving into Maggie's to be close to her daughter makes me think that. So I'm also assuming Bo knows the daughter is Melanie and not Mia. Melanie isn't Bo's favorite person, dating back to last fall when he was investigating her involvement in Trent's murder. There have been no scenes indicating that Bo no longer feels this way about Melanie. I find it hard to believe that Bo wouldn't mention Melanie's short past in Salem and the things she was involved in last year. He seems to be protecting Carly from everyone else. Why not Melanie? I don't think that would go over very well. Carly already feels bad about giving the baby to "that man" and while Melanie had issues, she was more of a victim of Trent and Nick than anything else. Telling Carly that her baby ended up living in such a horrible situation would make her feel worse, especially if it seemed like he was blaming her for it all.
Nicole's hair style was definitely bad, and her acting like it was a masterful disguise shows how out of it she really is.

I love Kate's minor, yet hilarious, role in this baby switch storyline. Her one-liners are cracking me up!
I really like Gabi so far. In just a few episodes, Gabriella Rodriguez has proved she's more talented than Taylor Spreitler and Dylan Patton, who have had months of experience on the show. She's a really great find and she makes me like the Hernandez family a little more. If I had to rate the family, Gabi would be first, followed by Arianna and Rafe is definitely last becaues he annoys the hell out of me for the most part, but I think that has a lot more to do with Galen Gering's acting than the writing for the character. I hated Luis on PSNS too and he's pretty much playing the exact same character on DAYS.
I thought it was smart of the writers to involve Gabin this storyline as a way to find Nicole by her getting Nicole's bracelet. Sami gets the award for having the Salem brain today and remembering that Nicole has the same bracelet.

I find it hard to believe that Bo wouldn't mention Melanie's short past in Salem and the things she was involved in last year. He seems to be protecting Carly from everyone else. Why not Melanie? As I've said, Taylor and Dylan have had some good performances, especially in the Spring. When they got isolated from the older characters in summer, they fell off and never have recovered. Taylor still has a good performance here or there, usually with Ari or Suzanne. Dylan, on the other hand, has been a mess. He did do ok this week when he learned about Sydney and in his scenes with Chad though. I still think both are capable but someone needs to make them more consistent and fast.
Diedrick is great but I think it's very premature to say much about Rodriguez as Gabi. She's shown she is ok with the material (her voice projection and facial expressions bug me at times) she has had so far but let's see how she does with heavy material like Dylan, Casey, and Taylor have had to play before declaring her better then anyone. JMO.
I agree with most of the rest of your comments except I think Six has a point about Bo mentioning anything about Melanie to Carly. That would be poorly timed and would make things worse.

Rafe had to tell Sami it was a custodial interference issue b/c that is what the FBI was calling it. He tried to get the bureau involved, but b/c the DA didn't file all the charges against Nicole, they couldn't get involved in the case. He does convince the FBI to get involved however.

The way it was cut on the bias is kind of like Rachel M's jacked up hairstyle.

Didn't she dye her hair recently? Couldn't they just work with that?

I dont know why they didnt have her dye it right before. Maybe because they film out of sequence and the wig would be easier to film around? She did have the same length as her blonde color, but she had it brown at DoD.
