Oh, God!
I've been ok in the past with it but I don't want Thaoo on this show. They will either make him Andre or Andre-like and then when they finally get around to writing him right, they will just kill him again. They've proven they don't want to write for the real Tony so big no on that one LOL. I also think despite returning in the past, Thaoo wouldn't come back, at least not so soon and with this regime still with the show. It would make him look bad for all the bashing he did on his way out.
I would rather see Anna on her own. I actually think there is more potential.
To do what? After it's revealed that she has Sydney and Sami and EJ get her back, Anna won't have anything left to do. Where's the potential that you see?
Well what I would love to see, but will never happen is... Let Anna be a fashion designer again! Then maybe she and others on the show can have jobs that aren't in the medical field, waitressing, the Salem PD or a criminal enterprise. Maybe a Sydnapper accomplice will give her money or she'll use ransom money to start/restart a design business. Maybe she and Kate could go in it together using Anna's past experience with her design company in the 80s and Kate's experience with Basic Black. Maybe Victor/Brady/Phillip/Vivian could hire her to relaunch Countess Wilhelmina. I mean a company like that could just be an awesome little hub for all kinds of character interactions and stories we aren't getting now. Maybe Anna could hire Mia or Gabi as a personal assistant. Maybe Kate could help Lucas get a job there so he'll have something to do. Maybe Sami could get off her ass and support herself with a job working there. Maybe Chloe or Stephanie could be hired as a model there. I don't know what it is, but one of my favorite things about soaps has always been fashion/cosmetics companies and I wish wish wish Days could have one again. I mean as dumb as Fusion is/was, I loved it on AMC. I really enjoy Crimson as a fashion/art mag on GH. Of course B&B has always been fun with all its bold and beautiful models and designers and business types. And then you have the great Jabot Cosmetics on Y&R! That would be great and it would be nice to have a different sort of workplace.
There is potential. Do I think they will explore any of these routes? Probably not. Stranger things have happened though, especially under this regime.

The food and champagne is definitely at Mickey and Maggie's house.
How can you tell though? It is right at the blurry part.
It's on the opposite side of where the two images are blurred. Mickey and Maggie's living set is the image that starts from where you can take your mouse furthest right. And it ends where the two images blend, around Mickey's portrait and the crib in the cabin. Then, the cabin image starts where the two images are blended, around the crib, and it ends where you can move your mouse furthest to the left. It is blurry right around the food on the table and the floor below it. You can see that there is a table right there in the cabin when you get to the other side too. You see the other side of a table.

I still don't think Maggie is going to get a storyline solely based on her. Mickey's death will give a few episodes dedicated to Maggie. Episodes aren't stories.
I think she'll get a story. A short story that will probably fizzle out, but a story nonetheless.
If the death occurs in January, I see Maggie featured a lot in January as she deals with Mickey's death. But by February, it's going to progress into the next part of the OVERAL story and that's when she'll probably get into the rumored accident with one of Sami's kids. This is something this regime has done before. When Tony died back in April(?), most of that month had Stefano featured a lot. But then, it became about Stefano propping Philip and Stephanie. Neither example are an actual storyline. They're just scenes that Joseph Mascolo got and Suzanne Rogers probably will get. Yes, they're part of the storyline and they have a big part of that storyline at one point in the story, but in the end, the storyline will never be about them. Just have to be a buzz-kill, don't ya? .
Just kidding. I see what your saying but I do think the fact that they are exploring her alcoholism means this could have legs for her. I mean, let's say she does get in an accident with Will and gets paralyzed. That isn't just going to go away. Yes, it will be about Sami but Maggie's role in it won't diminish. It will still be just as much a Maggie story as it is Sami/Will/etc. How can it not be? It's not like she just gets in the accident and goes away LOL. There will be repercussions to play it and she will still have to be a lead to be able to handle it right as she would be the one whose actions caused it.

^ It might be Ally, though, which I think is more realistic. Will is smart enough not to get in a car with a drunk woman, if that's why the accident happens. Ally, on the other hand, is a toddler - she wouldn't know the difference.

Well, has it actually been confirmed anywhere that Maggie will in fact go back to drinking? We've had a bunch of maybe's and possibly's, but the only thing that's been 100% confirmed so far is that Mickey's gonna bite it.

Otherwise, all you have is Maggie in mourning and that would fizzle quickly.

Ally, on the other hand, is a toddler - she wouldn't know the difference. Maybe it'll be like the Daniel/Cassie story on Y&R where Will offers to drive Maggie home because he sees she's under the influence, but he ends up crashing and he's thrown from the car and everyone assumes Maggie was the one driving and Will ends up in a coma. Afterwards, Maggie's blood alcohol level is tested and the police realize she was hammered and she gets blamed for the accident even though she's innocent and Will isn't able to tell the real story. Fun fun, LoL.

The food and bottle are on the Mickey and Maggie's living room set. It's pretty clear.

I think it would be kind of odd if Days did a teenage paralyzed story right after OLTL did/is with Matthew after their baby switch and secret spawn stories have also followed OLTL doing them. It's speculation based on the rumor of an accident.
I tend to think it will have to involve Will because the recast came out of nowhere and it seem to come around the time they were shooting some of this. That doesn't mean we will get Will paralyzed. It could just be an accident where he fights for his life or something.

Yeah, just speculation based on the rumored accident involving Maggie and one of Sami's children, and Will being recast because of an upcoming storyline.

Here is the thing: If Maggie gets into an accident with one of those kids, it can't not be about her. It may be about Sami, yes, and others. However, Maggie still HAS to be at a lead in the story. It still HAS to be about her. If she nearly kills one of Sami's kids, it's all on her for causing it. That won't go away so how would that make it not about Maggie? Maggie would be right up there with Sami, Rafe, etc as she caused it. It would still be just as much her story.

Posted Image
But the same glasses that are on that table are the same glasses on the table between the two chairs where pictures of Mickey and Maggie are. The food and bottle are on the Mickey and Maggie's living room set. It's pretty clear. Ahhh, I didn't pay any attention to the glasses by the pictures. Shows how observant I am, lol.

Where did this Will getting paralyzed in an accident come from? Just spec?
I think it would be kind of odd if Days did a teenage paralyzed story right after OLTL did/is with Matthew after their baby switch and secret spawn stories have also followed OLTL doing them.
I don't. This show can't do serious stories like that. They can. The question is will they? The last one I remember is Chloe's leukemia.
