I miss this show so much. I loved the show, and watched it religiously 1994-2005. A very unpopular opinion, but I loved the Maryanne Caruthers Storyline. I got tired of it quickly when it became about Reva and her psychic abilities though.

I also loved the late 90's, but hated that damn 15-second opening. I was a huge fan of Marah and Tony, and hated the recast. With the right direction, the show could still be on the air now....sigh.

What are some fave storylines from others? I have more will share them later.

I got hooked on GL in the summer of 1998 with the Clone storyline. I was shocked when I later learned that most people hated it because it was what got me into GL in the first place.

What ever happened to Eden? She dated Frank in 2002/2003(?) I think she ran some sort of escort service and was revealed to be Gus' sister. I really can't remember how she exited.

She left in 2004. I don't remember the exact details because that was right around the time that I started watching GL again after quitting it in 2003. I think she faked her death and went into the witness protection program or something like that. I hated Eden, so I didn't really care, LoL.

Why did you quit GL in 2003? Was it that Ben Reade serial killer nonsense?

God yes! I mean, it was more than just that. The show as a whole was just a boring, unwatchable mess. The Ben Reade serial killer debacle was just the last straw for me.

Yea, were you watching when Lizzie (played by Crystal Hunt) made out with her 40-something psychiatrist? Lol, I couldn't believe that. Then she was obsessed with Shayne and Marina, and tried to kill herself at one point. Marcy Rylan's acting saved that character.

I totally don't remember that, LoL, but I loved Crystal Hunt as Lizzie. It took me a while to warm up to her, but by the time she left, I didn't want to see anyone else in the role. I quickly came to love Marcy Rylan as well, but for her first couple of weeks, I absolutely despised her as Lizzie, LoL.

Remember that painting SL, when Reva walked through it and went back in time to the Civil War and such?? Lol, that led my mom to quit watching but I stuck with it though.

That was stupid, but it led to the reunion of Josh and Reva, so I guess it wasn't a total bomb, LoL.

All kinds of GL memories are flooding back to me lol.

I hated when Alan was revealed as Philip's "murderer", what was his reasoning again? The Alan/Olivia/Philip was interesting. When Olivia was pregnant with Emma, was it thought to be Alan's at first? Didn't Lizzie mess with the carpet on the stairs at the Beacon which caused Olivia to tumble down the stairs? And wasn't she accused of leaving a baby doll with its head taken off in a crib in Olivia's hotel room? I can remember so many precise things like that lol.

I'm probably a disgrace to all GL fans, but the only time I really watched the show consistently was for Jammy! LOL

I think it was something like he was trying to protect Phillip from himself or something lame like that. I didn't believe that Alan would have ever shot Phillip.

I loved that storyline. Millee Taggart's brief run as HW was so good!

I'm pretty sure that's all correct, but that all took place during the time that I wasn't watching, so I could be wrong, LoL.

B-l-e-c-h! LoL

I blame GL for the incest craze that has plagued daytime ever since then.

I did love me some Jammy, but they got WAY too much airtime. Tammy shouldn't have died though.

LMAO, I didn't really like the character of Tammy itself. I just thought TP and SG had insane amounts of chemistry.

Did anyone like Sandy??? The guy that pretended to be Reva's son..... I hated how he turned into a psycho just to prop Jammy (even though they were hot).
