Today's show was pretty boring. At this point, I'm interested in so few characters that I'm wondering if it's even worth watching on a daily basis anymore. I think NBC should just give Kate, Vivian and Maggie their own show. It would be like the Golden Girls all over again, LoL. And I'd actually watch it! Kate could be Blanche, Vivian could be Dorothy and Maggie could be Rose. Perhaps Alice could be Sophia and Stefano would be "Stan," LoL. |

Haha! Small change though. Vivian would totally be Sophia with her one liners. And I'd give Caroline the role of Dorothy. Ma Brady usually tells it like it is. |

I barely even remember what happened on today's show. The Bricole stuff was filler, it would be difficult to impossible for me to care less about Mia and her stupid love life, and Phelony disgusted me per the usual. I do enjoy Gabi and Arianna's sister chemistry so that's a bright spot, I guess. Otherwise . . . what happened again? |

I wondered the same thing. I only saw the last 25 minutes of Wednesday's show but from what I saw it doesn't seem like I missed much. |

Wednesday is a major snoozer! I'm almost done with watching. I'm seriously wondering why they wasted money on licensing a song for Gaby and Chad?! LOL to dancing on the pier, as well. Seems to be the set of the month. Lindsay Hartley is adorable, I really enjoy her performances. I still don't think she fits on days though, especially with Brady...blech. Yay to the preview - finally, Rafe and Carly run into each other! Speaking of Rafe, why hasn't he told Sami he was kidnapped yet?! |

I do not get the Tad or T raving either. I thought his voice was very monotone and weird when he was alone with Mia. |

Teenager monotone isn't unusual, but I like him because he's kinda quirky, but not grating like Kinsey. |

I don't have a problem with them using the docks for scenes because they've done it for years, but it's not nearly as integrated as in years past. The don't remind people that the Brady Pub is actually near the docks. Back in the 1980s, there were back stairs from Shenanigan's that led down to the docks (and Shenanigan's was close to the hospital, which had a park across the street). Hell, that dock set is one of the longest lived sets on the show. lol |

Just a few things to look out for in the hospital Christmas party scenes on Friday (this info is from SOW, by the way). Several cast members' children will be in the scenes. Both of of Crystal Chappell's boys are in the scenes. Both of Eric Martsolf's boys are in the scenes (Eric mentioned how his youngest, Mason, yelled out "butthead" after the stage manager told everyone to be quiet on set LOL). And Lindsey Hartley's daughter, Isabella, is in the scenes too. She is wearing a hot pink robe with hearts on it. And Shelley Hennig is wearing the Christmas snowman pin that Stephen Nichols used to wear on his patch every year. She is wearing it around her ring. Not sure if she is wearing it today, tomorrow, or both days but look out for it. Just thought I would share that since I just got my SOW and it's some fun facts for these holiday episodes. Well, it's very in character for Julie not to get it LOL. She's always about what she wants. She actually reminds me of my overbearing aunt who tried to get my cousin and her boyfriend back together a few years ago despite the fact they couldn't bare to be in the same room together  . I am loving the family drama at Bope's though. I also like how they are playing off not having Christmas at Alice's as some sort of scheme to help Bo and Hope reunite. I would rather Christmas be at Alice's but they played it well. |

Aww @ that Bo and Hope flashback. The ornament hanging was very quick and, well... un-special... but it still got me a little misty-eyed. |

That Bo and Hope scene was HEARTBREAKING. PR and KA are great. It also summed up why this makes sense. I'm glad the writers took the opportunity for Zack's ornament to bring up that flashback and that scene outside was a great way of moving the story to the next beat and to once again show why this is happening. The ornament hanging was quick but it's hard when you can't even show Mickey or Alice. It loses so much without them IMO, regardless of where it's hosted. I absolutely LOVE Julie! And I agree with her. Neither Bo and Hope have fought hard enough to save their marriage. |
