Why can't she just leave Days? It's obvious she only cares about that crap called Venice and those rabid Otalia-fans. Bo and Hope are being ruiend for this mediocre actress. Ridiculous.
Um, DOOL pays the bills. It's a "job". Plus, with the extremely tight DOOL filming schedule, many DOOL actors have said they now have "tons" of free time. We may see actors almost daily, but those scenes are shot in clumps, which often explains the somewhat dramatic changes in appearance some of them have when they return back to work and shoot another 5-6 episodes-worth of scenes in a single day or two. As for CC, Clearly her heart is elsewhere though. And in 5 years when "webisodic programming" can actually pay the mortgage, regular broadcast TV will be virtually dead anyway. Broadcast TV will not be dead in 5 years, too many people don't know how to nor care to use the computer.

wasn't she quoted recently saying there wasn't going to be anything romantic between Bo and Carly?
No. Around the beginning of Carly's return, CC said that a Carly/Bo romance was not imminent — and indeed it wasn't. She also said in her conference call with PR in early November that she figures Bope are endgame and that from an acting standpoint she prefers the loser-in-love role. That should be music to the ears of Bope fans (Barly fans not so much).
I think a lot has changed and maybe they decided to give Barly a shot after seeing enough fans willing to let Bope break up for a while to explore Barly. Wasn't the original articles promoting a Carly and Daniel romance? And wasn't Justin not originally planned to be on this much at all? So obviously a Justin-Hope pairing wasn't considered early on.
The Barly thing is on it way to it's climax and then it will end! Sorry Barly fans! They needed closure since they neverr really got it before and with this storyline of Bo/Hope/Carly, they will finally get the closure they both need. Stuff has already been shot to wind the Bo & Carly stuff to a close. I think the upcoming stuff for Carly/Crystal will be alot more challenging for her and we will get to see the "dark" side that Crystal as referenced in the past. Carly will have a relationship down the line, don't worry. She's got other stuff that she is going to be dealing with to keep her busy! This is still a Bo & Hope story. And now we are going to get to the Phase three of the story. The writers had to tear Bo & Hope completely down, to rebuild them! They first need to find Hope the individual and Bo the individual, before they can re-find Bo & Hope! And that is going to be the good upcoming story that we are going to be getting in this next phase! And you know this how?

I LOVED Kristen! I rooted for her even though I knew bitch Marlena would always win! I would LOVE a Di-house with Kristen and Nicole...awww HEAVEN!!!LOL
It's really a shame that they didn't bring her back a few years ago when Eileen Davidson was let go from Y&R. The timing was perfect since her "son" had just returned to the show. Unfortunately, B&B snapped her up and Days never even approached her about coming back. I was pissed, LoL. I'm STILL pissed about that. And to see the destruction of Ashley on Y&R? *shakes head* It wasn't worth it.

You're NOT helping my cause here! :D That does sound like a cool thing, though... Beyond awesome. I just watched DAYS from YouTube on my TV - a little grainy (as it was full screen YT which is blurry anyway), but all my torrents look fab. The other thing is that I've effectively turned my TV and surround sound into full-on speakers with the sound plug...a step up from dinky computer speakers for music.
Anyway, on to today's show...
Gotta say that Hope catching Barly was soap gold. It was a "so bad, it's good!" moment for me, as was Hope "conveniently" overhearing Vivian and Victor. Loved every second. Just goes to show that there's still merit in classic soap, as long as it's written well.
Melanie telling the other teeny boppers about her engagement was ridiculous - and a stark reminder of how YOUNG she is. She's only a couple years older than those girls.
Wasn't pleased to see the "where's the baby" drama again...having a day away was much-needed. I'm not liking Sami keeping the secret "letter" from Rafe, either. All seems stupid and trivial.
Can't. Get. Enough. Vivian. Love, love, love. When she went to see Carly at the hospital, and subsequently talked to herself? The last bit was also classic soap, but fun and camp all at once. Louise Sourel was sorely missing from DAYS these past few years, and JER's other camp characters could never hold a candle to Vivian (Bonnie, anyone?). LS is extraordinarily talented for a soap actress, in a league of her own.
And... I can't remember what else happened on today's show.

Me neither.
I love how she's involved in "dueling mommies" plot and the "Carly revenge" plot at the same time. It allows her to be used in so many interesting and fun ways without ever getting stale.

I seriously don't get all the CC propping...maybe it's because I had no idea who she was until 6 weeks ago, but she has yet to prove her "amazingness" to me. Further, hasn't GL always been THE worst soap with THE worst ratings? lol! So the fact all this propping is coming from someone off that show of all soaps is even more surprising. Unless, of course, she was the only good thing.
Um no GL hasn't always been the worst soap with the worst ratings. And no she was far from the only good thing of that show and FAR from the best thing. Since you've never watched you might think of stopping making stupid comments about my show. Sorry but you just woke up that crazy side inside me that still cares about that show though. Sorry for interrupting, i didn't mean to. Now you can all go back to your wonderful show full of such good acting and intelligent storytelling with 66 million viewers, I name Days of our lives. LOL

I just love Vivian and how she rattles Carly---I love that. She will be so rattled that she and Bo have sex to get some relief from all the stress. Gads, the hype of CCi just too much...it is totally overkill and I am already tired of her.

Many Days fans are just so used to crap, they don't recognize talent when they see it. :P Exactly. And I'm not being facetious.

To state the obvious, those who are sick of the CC hype should avoid Branco's columns and interviews like the plague.

I don't like that the World Trade Center got blown up - does that mean I'm not going to read about it?

Not only that, but MAYBE we read those interviews to get insight into maybe why OTHERS like the actor? I read it to see what the hype was about and maybe to get to know the actress better. Dang, that comment reminds me of the posts on comment threads on CNN articles. "Why are you commenting if you don't like it"? I consider it a sign of intelligence to read opposing sides and read about things one might not like. It's called being well-rounded and informed.
Do all comments have to be positive?

I wasn't impressed with this statement either. And what's with the "neither Bo nor Carly are ready for a relationship" ? Of course they are not. He's married to Hope! He loves Hope not Carly! There shouldn't be a relationship between Bo and Carly except friendship. I'm getting annoyed with her interviews. One minute she is saying Bo and Carly are just friends the next we hear Bo and Carly are going to be boinking each other! She really needs to watch what she says in interviews its starting to get confusing.
I for one am not impressed with CC interviews I do not believe much of what CC says in her interviews. She says one thing about her character Carly then Carly does the opposite.
