I, recently, connected with Delphi Harrington. She has recently returned from a trip to Greece, that was a gift to her, from her children.

Aside from the few 1971 episodes taped off-air in the UCLA film and TV archive, does anyone know if any episodes were saved?

I wish someone could interview her about her time on soaps.

Do you mean if the network saved them or if there are any period that exist? There are some kinescopes in private collections. Saynotoursoap put one show up on his last day @ youtube and said that other collectors had a few more he knew of.
