Seriously, Bryan is SO GOOD in scenes with Suzanne. I can't decide who I love him with more, Lauren or Suzanne. See?? When they actually give Bryan decent material to work with, he is FANTASTIC!! Stupid PTB. *mutters*

Not another SL with Kids!!!! This is some of the reasons I dont like Carly in this SL!

As for todays show, I always like the "roll-out" shows where everyone finds out about the death/kidnapping/wedding/big event. I like the different reactions from the characters.

I think Sami is going to go all psycho "Ellie Nesler" (the woman that shoots her child's molester in the courtroom) on EJ when she finds out about him masterminding the whole thing.

OOOOO, that look that EJ gave to Anna when she was complaining about his plan...made me have goosebumps!

Hmm, did I hear Carly say she LOVED Bo? Isnt that a bit too soon to say that? Especially since hes not in that place right now. (I dont even think she's in that place now.)

I guess this regime doesnt believe in that "special connection" that Bope shared-when either one was in trouble or troubled, they would sense it. It was cheesy, but I kind of liked it. I also like Hope conversation with Doug.

Oh shit...Hope finding out about carbo sex..thats just COLD! She fallin apart, and then to have this, man DAYS really like to have people suffer! I really felt bad for her at that moment. Talk about understatement BO---you're having a HORRIBLE DAY?? HUH? WTF?

The highlight as most mentioned was Lucas, Maggie and Doug sitting in the house foyer thinking of his clients and trivial things and Lucas being there for Maggie.

What a slimeball EJ saying to Sami that she can trust him "really important," YEAH right...for your plan! OOOOO evil EJ!

YOU GO HOPE!! Get all "Princess Gina" on her ass!!!!!

Wow.
My sentiments exactly.
Now, on to other topics....LOL
I lost it with the Datillo/Rogers scene. Yes, those little things really are important to those who have lost someone close. We don't want to have down time to think. When my dad died 20 years ago, my mom stayed up all hours of the night just to find his Masonic apron. She didn't want to go to bed because she'd have to stop and think and get scared about being alone. The panic about the text was a nice touch.
Damn, Datillo did a good job today. WHY, oh WHY couldn't he have been utilized with Maggie more?
I was so determined not to cry, but when Maggie broke down, it just tore me up! And when Lucas was telling her he'd get the message back for her...aw, I'm going to cry just thinking about it.

I don't see any reason to make Carly pregnant, the story can move along just fine without that tired plot device. I would love to see some bad girl come out in Hope, though; that could be fun!

Anybody think Carly will end up pregnant?
Oh Lord. Probably not since she already has one child to build stories around (I know about Nicky, but he's not causing drama), but I wouldn't be surprised.

Alice is an elderly woman that is said to be very sick right now (Rafe said she is), yet she made a casserole for Maggie? Uh, ok.

Poor Will never seems to know what is going on!

Loved Hope with Carly today! The rest tomorrow should be good too.

I thought Rafe was talking about Caroline. And if she's sick, why is she making a germ casserole for anyone?

Iīm so enjoying the Bo/Hope/Carly triangle. Much more than I thought I will. I just love the boldness. There are no excusues, no misunderstandings and/or manipulations. Bo slept with Carly because he wanted and he put Carly in the exact same position most of mistresses in longtime marriages ends up in RL. And Hope has now full right to be angry and go after both Bo and Carly with full throttle. After only four months we are already in the juicy part of the storyline and can enjoy the incredible acting and longtime ripple effects this affair will have for all involved. Looking back, itīs almost funny how this show danced around the supercouples and how much money and screentime invested just to have them spend one night with someone else. It didnīt make the fans less angry and disgruntled and it severely damaged the drama they could squeeze from it because there was always some excuse why it isnīt anyoneīs fault. Now, there is nothing except really strong and raw emotions from all involved. And thatīs why we can have those amazing scenes like today and tomorrow. PR and KA has to be very happy to be still on the show because I doubt neither one expected they will get this powerfull and meaningfull story ever again.
Completely agree. You can also see the actors are truly into this because it's not based off of some sort of brainwashing nonsense. It's real, raw emotion. I just loved that scene when Hope figured out what happened with Bo and Carly. It was refreshing to have a soap character figure something like that out and for Bo to just sit there with the answer written all over his face when she asked him if he had slept with her. So human and so realistic! Loved it. PR and KA were fantastic!

I just love the way word of Mickey's death is spreading all over town. I actually liked the way Sami dealt with the news and I liked EJ's reaction, although I would've liked EJ to mention his working with Mickey briefly.

Suzanne and Bryan ROCKED! Loved their scenes.

I enjoyed the stuff with the Melanie/Nathan/Stephanie/Philip crowd. I like sly and bitchy Stephanie and i like how unselfish and mature Philip was in putting the wedding off. Melanie and Nathan have got me on their bandwagon now. This quad is really becoming something great the past few weeks now that it's finally developing.

I really wish Will would find out something from his parents for once. It's ridiculous how out of the loop he is. I really hope things change with the new Will. I liked the Will/Rafe scenes but wish scenes like that were not just limited to Rafe. I like Rafe but come on now. Dylan hasn't been bad this week. I thought Taylor did ok today too.

Rafe mentioning Alice not being well just made me sad but I'm glad the show is finally noting what is going on with her. The Doug/Hope scenes were great and the ending was just classic soap! Tomorrow's scenes with Carly and Hope are CAN'T MISS!!

Alice making a casserole was a big WTF! My grandma is 92 years old. She can still do some basic cooking like soup and make sandwiches and tea. She certainly isn't making any major meals like a casserole.

I'm looking forward to the Hope/Carly confrontation tomorrow too.

I wasn't expecting Hope to find out about Bo and Carly sleeping together so soon, but I'm glad it happened already. I'm not sure I liked the way it happened. The lady at the pub, who apparently also works at the hospital, only mentioned that Carly left the hospital with Bo after being shaken from the elevator incident. And she mentioned that Carly seemed great the next morning thanks to Bo. How does that make Hope realize that Bo slept with Carly? He could've taken her home the previous night and checked on her this morning, putting her in a better mood. Either way, I'm glad the deed is out in the open and Hope knows. I was dreading this secret being drawn out for weeks to months. I can't wait for the Hope and Carly smackdown tomorrow! Kristian Alfonso looks fierce!!!

Carly's elevator incident happened earlier in the day. It's still the same day. Bo and Hope had sex in the afternoon. Carly even said to Bo how nice the afternoon was with him. That is how Hope was able to figure it out. When she called Bo, he said it wasn't a good time and he never mentioned where he was or what he was doing. When that woman came over and mentioned if he got Carly hope alright this morning and then mentioned how she broke down, it didn't take much to figure it out, especially considering the guilty look on Bo's face. All Hope had to do was take one look at him to know he did something.

I found it refreshing that she figured it out in that way and that Bo didn't even bother to dance around it. He did it and was ready to take responsibility for it.

Perhaps someone helped her? Hope did go over there.

She would still be capable. We don't know what she was sick with. We know she is frail. Sick could mean a number of things. She may just be weak or have a cold or something. People who are sick can still cook. My grandmother could barely walk and was ill alot but she still managed to keep on cooking until things got really bad for her.

He was talking about Caroline. Rafe is the one who told him. Why would Sami/Rafe be speaking for Alice? I am sure it was Caroline because she wanted to send something over to Maggie. The mother of the deceased would not be doing that.....she would be getting things sent from others as would the wife.

I guess this regime doesnt believe in that "special connection" that Bope shared-when either one was in trouble or troubled, they would sense it.

It was always a one sided thing. Hope never got any vibes when Bo was sick or hurt. Hell, she was living with the guy and couldn't tell he was sick. Even when he mentioned his back hurting, Hope's response was "yea well mine is too."

I think your right. I guess I just thought at the time it was Alice because of everything going on LOL.

That does make more sense, although I could see Alice making a casserole too.

It makes more sense that they were talking about Caroline but I thought it was Alice. I was thinking that it was weird to have her making a casserole, I thought she lived in a nursing home.

Mickey dying has been done well. Maggie's reaction is pretty realistic especially considering you never really know how someone is going to react to bad news. My mom tends to get hysterical about things, I'm always telling her "it's not the end of the world" but when my brother died she was the calmest most put together person. I was the one falling apart because the dog vomitted on the carpet and that we were running late to the funeral home. It was nice touches having her frantically cleaning the house ( I did chuckle about her attire) and flipping out about the text message. You hear of that kind of stuff with answering machines or someone losing it if the deceased's towel was washed. The Maggie Melanie scenes made sense but my problem lays with Molly B's weird acting. Nathan standing off to the side was excellent. Mark Hapka is a talented actor, IDK if people saw the movie trailers he is in but talk about being devoted to his craft. In one he plays a cancer patient and loses a bunch of weight and the other he plays a wrestler. I'm starting to buy Nathan and Melanie but I'm still stuck on him just being protective from a big brother standpoint, they did have a nice moment. Stephanie offering Melanie her earings as something borrowed was good, not only did she want to keep her away from Nathan's orbit but it almost came off like Stephanie thinks Melanie would do more harm than good staying around Maggie.

Maybe i'm just being a girl but I didn't think the Carbo sex came off as just sex. Carly might be in love and she put herself the vulnerable position that comes with having uncommitted sex. CC looked great, the bra looked casual like a work bra, she looked good. Her beard burn is nice to see, I can't ever remember a time prior to Danloe that they show the actor's skin get reddened. Never have lusted after Peter Reckell, but he looked damned good. Having Carly turn him around seemed strange, probablly for the benefit of PR fans, his odd facial expressions fit the scene so well.

Frances Reid, who plays Alice, is in an assisted living home in real life. Alice still lives in her home on the show.
